Luka loves spending time at Dogtopia in greenwood. It is such a smooth and easy process. Also gives us a peace of mind knowing he is taken care of and loved while we are away.
That you check each dog’s temperament to make sure he is friendly and can play nice with other dogs.
The service was timely and quick but the groomer/bather clipped my dog’s toe too far and he was bleeding for over an hour. He was clearly distressed and of course had blood everywhere which defeats the purpose of the bath.
No compensation or discount whatsoever was offered for hurting my dog. Not even a bandage for his paw.
I will not be returning.
Everyone is SO nice. I love that the dogs are allowed to socialize and stay active all day. I appreciate the fact that there is always someone in the room/gym with the dogs to keep them moving and safe.
When I brought my dog Bubba in, i told the Groomer to leave his ears long! WELL she cut them short! I'm not happy, they don't listen to what you tell them to do, they maybe need to write it down
My dogs love coming to Dogtopia of Limerick! They care for my pups like their own. Love the cameras and staff is friendly.

The hours are great, and it’s convenient located.
All of the friends here are so helpful and nice. They know every dog and who they belong to. They take care of the dogs like they are their own. They are flexible and caring. Our dogs are always so excited to go and they always have a great time!

Dogs are out of crate most of time enjoying other dogs
Facility is unorganized. I ask for nail trims when dropping my dog off for boarding and it doesn’t get done. I book boarding on app and still have to call to confirm booking because app doesn’t work. Cameras don’t work half the time. Staff are poorly trained.
Conveniently close to our home. Very friendly staff. Getting access to live feed so we can check on our puppy.

Aa little more flexibility in hours, not everyone has a 9-5 job.

Our puppy's experience partially depends on which other dogs are there that he enjoys. This time, he was not interested in any of the other dogs there at the time (Friday afternoon). He was so happy there at his Wednesday morning Meet and Greet!
Unfortunately, since it is an indoor room, he chose to hold all his pee until I picked him up 5 hours later. He peed for SO long when I took him outside to go to our car.

I have been nervous to leave Bagel anywhere since our pet sitter moved to Canada. The whole staff at Dogtopia has been very kind and helpful at making me and Bagel feel at ease. I love the fact that we can tun in the camera and look at our babies any time. Also that we can text with any questions and concerns and the respond back pretty fast. So far I am very satisfied with Dogtopia. Shoutout to Ciara... she is a sweetheart! very knowledgeable and patient!

I liked the ease of reserving a place for Rollie to stay while I was out of town; the staff was knowledgeable and helpful; I was able to park only a few steps from the front door of Dogtopia-Stone Oak; and she seemed happy when she got back home.

Every single one of the people working at Dogtopia Miramar is friendly, courteous, and super helpful. They know our two dogs and treat them like the prince and princess that they are! Grooming with Mika at Dogtopia Miramar is always excellent. She also knows our dogs very well and always consults with us about how we want them groomed. We love the folks at Dogtopia Miramar and look forward to seeing them with all of our tails wagging happily.
Friendly workers, camera access, pricing
There seems to always be a problem with automatic billing and communication when I put my account on hold. I get charged still when my account is on hold. Your company has refunded appropriately, but I am still waiting for a refund for a mischarge. Clearly I shouldn't have been charged for a daily rate and automatic billing in the same week if my dog went to daycare for one day.
My Cody loves going to Dogtopia. Just because he loves it so much, I want to keep taking him. It’s important to me that he is happy. We took his big brother Ricky this past Saturday, June 14 and he was in pain and limping, but I hope he had fun. He had no voice from barking so much too.
