Thank you for accepting our precious pooch for day care and for being willing to have us pick her up 30 minutes later. Even though we didn't need the extra time, it was a relief to know that if we didn't make it on time, there was that flexibility. We really appreciated that. We would have liked a short report card on how she got along with other dogs and humans.
i did not think they smelled freshly shampooed. I noticed that their nails were not trimmed but the young girl did make it right. although I had good experences before I was not thrilled this time.First name removed

I appreciate the obvious love for dogs at the Westminster location. I feel comfortable knowing the people that work there seem to actually enjoy all the dogs. And when I peak in on the webcam it gives me great relief that my dog is happy and cared for.
My dog loves going to Dogtopa. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I like using the app to schedule appointments for my dog.
Everything is quality. I like everything my dog gets when he goes there. Socializing is important. They are super nice to the dogs there.

The hours are great! Everyone is friendly and they take care of my dog.

My dog LOVES to come to Dogtopia! People and other dogs keep him busy instead of just putting him in a kennel. We love that it is an active and safe boarding place for him.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. My dogs were shy at first but came home tired after their day there which means they had a good time!
Love the staff.. love the fact that the dogs get to have tons of play time so they aren’t separated, only for naps and sometimes stress relief

The Dogtopia groomers did an unbelievable job on our two Siberian Huskies! We couldn't be more happy with the service and friendly environment
Everyone has been super nice. Great customer service. My dog came home with some hurt spots on his face on Thursday and I haven’t gotten information as to what happened yet. And the staff that day didn’t know anything had happened.

Kaitlyn at the front desk went out of her way to answer all my questions last Saturday which was very helpful and gave me a piece of mind when my doodles were…well, doodling.
Also the lady who spent the entire day in the romper room with all the dogs on Saturday has the patience of a saint. I watched my dogs often and noticed that she was both attentive and caring. She went out of her way to make sure Teddy and Rocky were acclimating as best they could on their first day back in a year.

I have already done the meet and greet with my pups and know all about the services your company provides - I like ALL OF IT! I have never been so relieved and pleased to know that my pups will be safe and well taken care of... I was so impressed! All of the staff was so organized, the facility was super clean, and the pups came home happy and tired! Wonderful Place!
