My dog is safe and well looked after and the Dogtopia team genuinely love animals 🙂
I boarded my dog. My dog was seriously injured. They called me to inform me, but could not tell me what happened. I asked for a Video, I asked to speak to the manager, I asked if they have insurance to cover expenses and possible surgery. My dog may have torn her ACL.. Still waiting for a call back from the manager. I called and left a message, and I called and spoke to an employee who assured me that the manager will get back to me. I have not heard back yet..
The flexibility in choosing a day to bring my kids to see you guys and the ability to board them when we need to do last minute travel.
Sammy is always so excited to go there, that he starts jumping and barking at whoever is at the front desk if they don't take him back right away. It's a happy bark for sure though. It's like he's saying "Hello look down here. You're supposed to take me to the back now."

We have been taking our pups to Dogtopia for years and have had nothing but excellent service and care for our girls. They treat every dog like family and pay special attention to them every time they are there. All staff are friendly and professional.

I love the reaction Sasha has when she arrives for daycare or boarding. She is also excited to see her friends and the staff is always responsive to her excitement.

The Dogtopia team members genuinely seem to care about my dogs and are able to give me a lot of details about how they did during the stay. I’m very grateful for this as I have older dogs who can be a bit grumpy, but they always seem so content at Dogtopia. It really makes a difference because I know they are safe and happy so I can relax while I’m away.
Leo and Sophie are a pleasure. They get acclimated fast. Very happy we could offer you comfort. It was a pleasure having them for boarding and can't wait to see them again.

The staff are so friendly and helpful.
The program is very well organized. It provides for the highest level of dog safety, while offering free play time to the dogs. I can see my dog on the webcam at any time during the play periods. My dog is so excited to go to Dogtopia, so I know she enjoys it. The staff in Yorktown are wonderful and I feel totally comfortable with my dog being there. The days and times I need for daycare are always available to me. I also love having grooming services available while my dog is at daycare. I am so happy I found Dogtopia Yorktown for my dog.
