Everyone at Dogtopia is so wonderful. Our dogs are so excited every time they walk through the doors and they come home tired, happy, and safe. LOVE!
Staff is always friendly and attentive. The whole process is simple and my dog leaves and arrives happy.
Everyone seems to be very friendly and cares about the dogs. They keep the area clean and love the fact that they use non-toxic cleaners and make dog meal/snacks from scratch. The crew seem to be very involved with the dogs esp with their monthly calendar. It gives me comfort that my dog is safe and happy while with you guys.
Failure to remove a contact as an approved pickup person amid divorce from someone I have a Protection From Abuse order on. This individual remained on my account for 8 months. I presented the location with the PFA papers days after issuance and on repeated occasions, was assured he was removed from the account and not permitted to pickup.

They take such good care of my dog. She is a senior dog and they go above and beyond to make her comfortable.

The staff at Dogtopia are friendly and professional. They have fun activities for the dogs and we love the webcams to watch our dogs play and mingle with other dogs. Dogtopia has gained our trust in taking good care of our dogs for daycare and boarding.

We did not have a great spa experience. I called to speak with someone about it, and left a voicemail that went unreturned. We likely will not be using Dogtopia's services again.
Our dog loves going to Dogtopia and we love that we know she is being cared for and well loved whether it is just for the day or several days while we are away.

Cowboy and Rooster spend at least one day a week at the Baton Rouge Dogtopia. Playtime is great for both of them but the staff also respects Rooster's need for rest and relaxation. Additionally, the staff provides correction with time outs and continued socialization skills. We love Dogtopia and the great staff who cares for our canines!

We can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia of Orland Park! Our pup knows when he’s headed to daycare and the excitement is unreal—yipping, screeching, and tail-wagging all the way there. It’s clear he absolutely loves it.
The best part? When it’s time to come home, the reunion is sweet, but he’s totally wiped out—in the best way.
We appreciate how flexible Dogtopia’s packages are and how invested the entire staff is in every dog’s experience. The fun calendar of events, especially themed picture days, is such a thoughtful touch. We also love being able to check in on him through the webcams—it gives us such peace of mind.
After nearly a year of being part of the Dogtopia family, we’re more than happy customers—we’re loyal ones. Can’t imagine going anywhere else!
