The last time before this most recent stay, my dog got in a fight with another dog. That happened again this time. Before the previous fight, my dog was totally fine. The staff at Dogtopia admitted that they should have been watching better to prevent the first incident.

I love that they’re willing to work with me whenever I have a concern. Either be to help me modulate my dogs behavior, or let me check her in five minutes earlier than opening because of my busy military schedule. I have encountered nothing but smiling faces, and kindness in working with me and my dog and I appreciate that.

Everyone is very friendly and they know my pet very well. She is welcomed every morning so joyously by everyone. She was very timid at first, she was only 5 months old when she started. Now she whines when we get close and she runs to the door to get in. I’m never anxious leaving her, I know she’s getting great care and has lots of friends.
The team are all very kind. I appreciate that they can be very understanding of our situation (ex. sometimes running late or helping me come in when I try to drop off my dog while figuring out how to maneuver a stroller with a newborn)
I love the fact that the associates at Dogtopia are so loving to Lucy. It is very important to me that she is in a a loving environment. I have seen the staff kissing on Lucy when she is getting ready to go home for the day. That makes me so happy to see them being so affectionate to Lucy. The Associates are such hard workers and I appreciate all that do. Lucy loves going to Dogtopia. Special thanks to Sam, Julie and Kay. Thank you all for taking such care of Lucy.
The staff is incredible! They are extremely friendly, caring and professional. Cocoa absolutely loves going there and I recommend their services to all dog lovers =)
My husband and I were just watching our boys at Dogtopia today through the webcam and we laughed when dogs ended up running towards our boys during a play station. Our boys quickly scattered out of the way so they didn't accidentally get run into. However, they just went right back to their spot and they didn't think anything of it. That exposure to energetic play is invaluable when it comes to other situations where dogs that the boys don't know are running around and may bump into them. I love that Dogtopia has allowed them to normalize all movements that they don't expect at any time.
The folks they having working know the dogs and you can tell they genuinely care. I never worry when my dog is there and he loves it!
I love how my dog is so happy going to dogtopia and comes back home happy and tired😍 when I say Dogtopia, he just runs to the door. He’s well taken care of and loved by everyone there. He’s happy playing and I love the fact that whenever I see what he’s doing on the cameras, he’s always happy and the people are always so friendly with all the dogs. So I know it’s not just a show off but everyone loves what they do at dogtopia.

I really like the fact that my fur baby loves going to Dogtopia Beach Blvd. When I pick her up, she wants to stay! She truly has a great time while in the care of the coaches at the facility.
