Everyone is always so friendly. Gus gets so excited when we even mention daycare. He runs to the car, runs inside and always gets so excited when he sees everyone. All the workers love all the dogs. They know all of the dogs by name. I could not imagine having such a good experience with a dog daycare. My boyfriend and I especially love being able to check in on Gus throughout the day.
Great staff and love the camera so I can see my happy pup!

They took their time for our dogs meet and great, attentive to our dogs, and now they have joined daycare!!! Great place to trust with our dogs and love the webcams.

Everyone was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They also did a great job of providing updates on my dog and how the process works. After my dogs first day it seemed like he had a great time!

Have messed up the account many times as well.
Two of the last three times we have dropped our dog off, there have been other dog parents yelling at the front desk person. One of the times, the cops had to be called. We brought our previous dog to y'all with no issues, but with our new dog, we've been more hesitant to bring her back there due to the chaos we've experienced. This past week was the first time we've been back since the police had to show up there a few months ago. Makes me nervous to have our dog in that kind of environment. This week was a good experience, though.
We love that Cooper is only crated for nap time and at night. We can provide his refrigerated food and he has plenty of room to walk around. The staff clearly loves dogs.
The concern when I notified the facility that my dogs had contracted kennel cough from their facility was very disappointing.
The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to work with us on dropping off or picking up our dog. Our dog always goes to daycare extremely excited and is greater with the staff being happy to see her

All the workers there are so great with my dog. They treat her as one of their own and my dog loves all of them. It is a very safe of comfortable place to leave her when I am at work. My dog loves going there she gets so excited to show up and play with her friends. It has been a great experience.
The webcams were nice to check in our pets while we were on vacation. The half price and 10% off was a great deal as a new client.
Love the transparency of the cameras in the room. And the an availability of services.
It is a bit expensive for boarding.

I love how much everyone cares for and loves my dog. Shelby and Brendan are the best. They love our pups like she was their own. We drop our pup off knowing she is happy and well taken care of while we are at work!

I have no worries at all when I drop off Buddy. I know he's in good hands with the whole team at Loinhead. He loves going there. They always put Buddy's needs first.

You do a great job of looking after the dogs. We've never had any problems with any of the employees or policies or anything like that. The treat / lunch options during nap-time were a fantastic idea!
The hours you are open and the friendliest of the staff I also like that there is a spa don’t need to take her anywhere else can be done while in daycare
