Pricing and friendly services, as well as the various activities offered for the dogs. The space is really good also.
Phone calls are not returned. I called 2 separate occasions and no follow up in a week. Had to go in person to get answer
The staff at Dogtopia treats my pup like their own! I have full confidence leaving her there to play the day away, and love checking in on the webcams to see what friends she's made or to see her getting love from the canine coach.
We like everything but especially the staff. The genuinely care.

Every single staff member is so friendly! My dog Chopper has enjoyed his few days there and wants to go back. I love the activities that are scheduled for the month and the calendar is a nice touch
I don’t form an opinion after 2 visits, to be honest I was quite disappointed when you canceled Molly’s appointment because you lost an employee.

The staff was very professional and hospitable. I visited 3 different similar businesses and the folks at Dogtopia were far and away the ones who made me the most comfortable. It’s also easy and close to my house!
It’s great to see our dog getting some much needed socialization with other dogs. We can see she is warming up to the daycare play more and more each day. In addition, everyone is so friendly.

II was not aware that I would be charged an additional $80 for my dogs to be bathed when I filled out the boarding form and opted NOT to have them bathed. At pick-up, I was informed that if the dogs stayed for 3 days or more, a bath was automatically included, which is why I saw the additional $80 on my bill. This was a lesson learned, and I will not be returning.
We unfortunately had mechanical problems and missed our appointment that was scheduled the day before my wife was scheduled to have surgery. We had made appointments with Dogtopia and another facility. The other facility told me there was nothing they could do. I arrived at Dogtopia and the staff were amazing! With in minutes we started the meet and greet and accepted Samantha for care. I brought Samantha back for the day and staff were great about how she may require more water/food so I wasn’t surprised when that occurred upon getting back to our RV. The live cameras helped my wife and I know she was doing good for her first time in dog care. I can’t thank the staff enough for such great care of not only Samantha but us as well.
I love the how easy it is to drop off and pick up my pet. I also love that everyone has a real love for all the pets.
Flexibility, amount of playtime our dog receives rather than spending time in a kennel, safety, and the updates we receive on his day when we pick him up.

The manager on Penny's meet and greet was very kind, caring, answered all my questions. I feel like Penny was well taken care of on that day and has been since. When I was having issues with the app, the IT team was prompt at fixing those problems. Overall, a great group of dog-loving individuals.
Close to home, clean, my dog seems to be happy about coming, and the staff is helpful and knowledgable.
I can't express in words my appreciation for the staff at Dogtopia. It is just me and my fur kid, Kayuh, so trusting others with her care is extremely important to me. The staff goes above an beyond to make sure she is happy and loved when I leave her in their care. They communicate kindly and with compassion if there is ever an issue. There space is welcoming to all and that is greatly appreciated.
