Everyone is very kind and openly adores Pigpen. Pigpen is always so very excited to go see his friends when it's doggy daycare day. He learned the route I drive quickly and starts whining the closer I get.
The facility is clean and when the dogs make a mess, they quickly clean it up.
The employees are very confident and are capable to handling so many larger breeds.
I'm happy I brought Pigpen here, he's happy as a clam too. Thank you Dogtopia!!
Our dog really enjoys it there and I feel as if she is treated kindly/is safe. I just don't think we should be charged when she doesn't attend or that we can't board her there unless she is coming weekly.

Best place I’ve gone to and I’ve used more than 5 throughout the years.
The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable regarding dog behavior. I work at a dog daycare in another state so I know many if the inner working of dog care, and have come to expect a certain level of professionalism and attentiveness, and I can say that the dogtopia team exceed all my expectations.
I love the staff and that my dog loves going there. My only discouraging experiences are that my dog smells pretty bad when I pick him up, like urine. My house tends to smell like it if I don't bath him afterward.
The second point of difficulty is the long waits when I pick him up. I often wait 15 minutes, and when I am rushing to get to daycare afterward, It makes it very difficult to keep him enrolled there. I wish curbside pick-up service would return.
Otherwise, I love what you have to offer.
Why after a visitation few weeks ago my dog is living under my bed.

I was overcharged and still haven’t seen a credit. My bill for boarding two dogs overnight in one suite was $274. I was told I would see a refund to my account but haven’t seen anything yet and it’s been days.
Our daughter was having a baby and we were able to bring our dog on s short notice for the day. Very comforting to know we could do this if needed.

We love Dogtopia! When we turn down the road, our pup sits up, and the tail starts banging. The staff is wonderful, and our pup just loves the socialization! The grooming is top knotch as well!
My furry loves are treated like family. They know it's time to go. I tell them let's go play with your friends, and they're at the door before I finish. It's nice not to worry about them and know they're being stimulated with games and attention while I'm at work.
Our dog loves seeing all of his furry and human best friends. We appreciate all the fun activities the coaches create for the pups.
All the staff...and that is no exaggeration, cares for the dogs. Your staff is very happy and ALWAYS has a smile on their faces. They genuinely love the dogs and it shows in the care they give them.
