I like how friendly and helpful each employee is. I know when my dog is there, he’s being treated with care. That’s what matters most.
The lovely gals at Dogtopia greeted me with a warm welcome for my dog's meet & greet. Cant say enough about them- in fact, Dogtopia is lucky to have them. I was very surprised to see they have to man the front desk, while showing new customers around, while providing breaks to the VERY few employees in the dog rooms. It appears that the team keep the dogs safe and clean in their respective pens, but it appears more employees are needed to do anything other than mop up bathroom accidents. When I came to pick up my dog after her evaluation, there were several people waiting for their dogs for a while with. no employees out front. Again, this is NOT a knock on the lovely employees that were there, as they seem to be trying their best. I will not be returning, as their are other options in the area at a comparable price with many more hands on deck to manage both dogs and human clients
We have used Dogtopia of Chester Springs for our Labrador Retriever for over four years. They take great care of him, and he loves it there. The staff genuinely cares about the dogs and excels at their job. They ensure fun and safe play, and they notice any unusual behavior, alerting owners if necessary. I fully trust them with my dog and highly recommend Dogtopia of Chester Springs.

More water bowls for dogs, more toys or activities to keep dogs engaged
I like that drop off and pick up is fast and effective. The staff know my dogs name when she walks in the door and she is so excited to be there.
The Woodbridge location doesn’t seem to take the dogs outdoors
Also the camera isn’t working to watch my dog and when I told the associate she just replied, “yeah that happens,” but didn’t offer to help

You are close to where I live work, so very convenient and I appreciate that dogs of different types are in different rooms. Having the pet cams available is also reassuring so I can see my pup is having a good time and not stressed.

The excitement in the people who spend their days with my precious pet. The employees make the anguish of leaving my best friend for a long day with someone else so easy and worry free it’s all I could ever ask for and I appreciate the extra kindness even if they are tired, sick, or have life issues outside of work I would never know by the smile that greets me every single time I go through the door.
