Love dogtopia for so many reasons! Really like the online booking system, easy dropoff and pickup, and LOVE the webcams. Always such fun activities and my pup comes home tired and happy.
One drawback though is that pup always comes home smelling pretty badly. I know that dogtopia simply has the absorbing floor and that potty logistics can be tough, but the blueberry spritz doesn’t help much. Would be great if there was a better, cleaner solution to the issue. Thanks !

My pup looks forward to her visits. We think the care and attention is good. Seems that her friends are all well mannered and safe to play with at this location.
The staff is amazing. They all seem to really care about the dogs and are really willing to work with individual needs. Their also incredibly patient with dogs and humans!
The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. My dog absolutely loves going and comes home happy and tired every time. I feel at ease knowing he’s in such good hands, getting social time, play, and lots of love. Thank you for treating our pups like family!

Appreciate the overall care and offerings here. The staff are so unbelievably professional and friendly!! We love bringing our puppy here and he’s excited to come! He’s normally very leery of other people but he greets and treats the employees here like family!

I love how much they love my pups! They only go for grooming but the staff treats them like royalty and remembers them every time. I also love how sweet everyone is to our 18 yr old grumpy old man dog.
Great communication
I love Dogtopia and so does my dog Brisket. Once we pull up he can’t wait to go see his friends inside both human and doggy. I always feel at ease when he’s there that he’s being treated well. Everyone is always very nice to us.
The people at the Burnet Road shop are fantastic. Care about my dog as much as i do, well, almost.......
The staff was really great! We have a nervous dog and the staff handled it brilliantly. We will be back!😊
