Magnificent. Excellent staff. Personal relationships with each dog. Place dogs in groups that best meet your dog’s temperament. I highly recommend Dogtopia. Rarely do you find a more committed staff. Kudos Dogtopia.
The app never works for me. No matter if I use the app on my phone or login to my computer, the cameras don’t load. Also when I request appointments, they don’t save on the app and when they are confirmed, they don’t save.

The staff are friendly and well trained, the facility is clean and well designed, and the webcams are amamzing. Love being able to check-in on my pup while he is there.
Well staffed. We are greeted at the door. My dog is always happy to see the greeter and goes off with him/her to join her friends. The play area is always supervised with a staff person. And each area has a camera so you can check on your furry friend throughout the day
Not put the dogs in cages for a long period of time and multiple times a day! My dog was put in a cage multiple times during his stay! At one time he was left in a cage for over 30 minutes. When I called I was told that the dogs that are “problematic” are placed in rotation in the cage for their safety!!! My dog was not bothering or was vicious against any other dog! I was watching the webcam for hours and did not see the behavior that they were saying my dog was causing.
Too much pee and poo everywhere. Kinda grossed me out.
Sent dog home without proof it was our dog that was throwing up. They just assumed.
Gibbs had a wonderful time playing and making friends. I loved that I could check on him with the cameras any time. When we first toured the facility, I noticed how clean it was and that there was no chemical smell. Every person seemed happy to be there and appear to truly enjoy being around dogs.
I sent an email regarding the issues and I never heard anything back. Please refer to that email.
The issues have to deal with the time in which they look our dogs. It's never the exact time. The last time I dropped my dog off the shorted it by an hour and forty five minutes

Daycare
The constant day supervision and the cleanliness of the facilities.
Great staff and great daycare. Good hours, and I like the extra add ons you can get, like agility time, photo shoots, etc. We have a highly energetic dog who is a boisterous player. Our favorite thing about Dogtopia is that the staff work with him to ensure he gets lots of playtime. He sometimes has to take a break in the kennels, but they will leash him, redirect him, and carefully place him in groups where there are other dogs his speed. He is out playing most of the day, which we love.
We have been to other daycares where they didn't separate dogs by temperament or didn't want to deal with his high energy, so he would be kenneled must of the day and come home worked up. That's not why we pay for daycare!! We are so thankful dogtopia tires him out for us.
It's still new to us but my young pug need social interaction and play in a temperature control environment. He had a. Last his first visit. The staff were amazing and the current special is wonderful at $99 first month. I also like they offer flexible packages.
I really like it. My dog seems to be thriving and is excited to spend time there.
