Friendly team that is always happy to see my somewhat challenging special needs pup! They have always been patient and creative in coming up with solutions when having to deal with him!
I was disappointed to not have access to the WebCam while my dog was there for his first full day. I understand it was a technical glitch, but I would have liked to have had it resolved at drop off. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, and my dog seemed to have a great day.
The addition of the Grooming Services
All the staff are wonderful. Catherine has been so patient and kind with Kanga's grooming needs. Everyone seems to enjoy interacting with all the dogs.

Now and then I have forgotten to make an appointment, and Dogtopia staff took my doggie anyway, and I was so grateful! Staff are always warm and kind, and Ben is great as manager/owner. And it’s down the street from my home, on my way to work. Highly recommend!

I submitted all the paperwork for my dog. When I arrived for the meet and great, apparently that was the first time the lady behind the desk was reviewing my dog's medical records. She interpreted the reports wrong. The scheduled vaccines were the correct ones to look at, but she focused on the medical history which showed expiration dates. The rabies and DHP was expired when looking at it that way. Fortunately I had a separate document for the rabies and was able to show her that one was current. But the DHP she was looking at said the last one was done on 4/2024 and expired 4/2025...even though most DHPs are good for 3 years. And the scheduled visit had it expiring next month. In fact, I already had the vet scheduled for the following Tuesday to get that updated. Since it was a Saturay, we couldn't reach anyone on the phone. I was really disappointed that if this was how strict Dogtopia would be for interpretting records, that they didn't do this BEFORE I took the time out of my day to arrive with my dog for the meet and great. I called another place and they told me it was very common for the medical history of dogs to look the way mine did. I'm trying to move from NC to Florida, so this explained why no other facility that I've taken my dog to in NC gave me any issues with this. Unfortunately, this was enough to turn me away from ever coming back.

From the moment our Macee had her Meet and Greet, I knew she was in good hands. It was also the moment the staff called to check on her because they knew she had been sick and missed in her daycare and just wanted to send well wishes to us!! Or could it be how the genuine the staff are! I cannot say enough about Towson Dogtopia. I am so glad I decided to get that Wawa sandwich that night, because had I not, I never would've discovered one Macee's favorite place and some of the most caring and professional people I've met!

I paid in full for the year. I have a very demanding job. You have switched 10 to 15 different employees at that location. Since I've been there, the manager is one of the most deceptive deceitful poses I've ever met. I have previous and current employees. Telling me what this guy's about? He has put my dog out for some reason. I emode $1000 refund, and I would like that right now. It has been over 2 weeks, this Richard guy is worthless. One of the most incompetent underachieving people I have ever met if that's what dog topi is based on, I want no part of it.I want my refund n
