The flexibility and staff
The attentive and professional staff. It is very clean and all the dogs are happt.

Personal, reliable, easy
I was expecting a full-service grooming, to include ear cleaning and nail trim. When I picked my dog up, she was slightly damp, smelly ears and no nail trim. Usually when she gets groomed, her fur is straight but upon pick up, she was curly and damp indicating she did not receive a full dry/blow out. When I asked about her nails, I was told they "don't really have a groomer and her nails didn't really need trimming". In addition, she was/is still shedding quite a lot indicating to me that she wasn't brushed out properly. While I did not pay the initial price I was quoted for her ($120), I would've gladly paid that to have a complete groom. I doubt I'll be back.
Everyone really cares about the dogs. They are attentive and caring. My dog loves going there. I trust them 100%!

My dog loves going, and the staff is outstanding. I always have a slight pang of guilt leaving him, but the staff is so good with him, and he loves being there. I know they adore my dog, as I can see it in their faces when we get there. They are flexible and create fun activities for the dogs. The staff, from the manager to the team, really cares.
Communication on how dog is doing when they are boarded for more than 1 day

Staff is amazing, they make it easy to leave my dog... I know she is well cared for. I have watched the web camera and caught a staff member dancing with my dog (and others too).

Ensure the appointments made online through the website are reflected in the app. It caused a bit of panic to see that the appointment I made online was not showing in the app. I also never received a confirmation email for the appointments but they were present online.
The team at Dogtopia Dulles always makes us feel like our dogs are their favorites. We are very grateful for their care with Fluffnation.

The staff at the Rocklin DOGTOPIA are awesome. They are friendly, professional and take excellent care of my dog. He loves to go to daycare for his play days.
My puppy is excited to go and comes back tired. Enjoy the special events and that I can watch him play.
Everyone is so wonderful to both me and my dog! Moose is always excited to come to Dogtopia and I love knowing he is in great hands! Hands down the best dog daycare in Greenville!!
I wish the cameras would be up more. Also I am not a fan of the combining of the Romper and Gym rooms on Monday and Tuesday.
