Fix cameras in timely manner. Cameras have been out for weeks.
Mitigate the smell in the lobby - maybe add air purifiers?
Dogs come home very smelly. Some smell is expected but my dogs reek after being there all day.

My dogs have a great time (as I can see on the video cams) and I know they're well taken care of.

I have 2, so boarding has become really pricey. I only board when unable to make other arrangements.

I've left this feedback before a couple months ago and the webcams still don't work most of the time, especially the camera for the room my dog is in (romper)

Staff is very friendly to me. And they care about my dog and all of the dogs there. They are very flexible with schedules.

I love the pics and activities you all do for the dogs. I like the staff a lot. I wish they spent more time doing enriching activities or being outside. A lot of the time that I look on the camera they are just walking around and not playing. More activities would be nice.

Attention compassion frirndly

You guys are really good in every aspect, and my dog loves it there.

I would like to mention that lately, it has been a bit chaotic to pick up at the end of the day—there are confused lines, long waits, etc. Not a big deal, but it was way better before.

the dogs have so much fun at Dogtopia! they do fun crafty stuff like footprints in clay(?) and flower-paw paintings and they have pup cups and special treats at various times - really must be so fun for the dogs to have fun surprises regularlY! plus the staff all seem to really care about my dogs and take such good care of them - they seem to love being dropped off for the day at daycare! Plus the membership for unlimited days a week I think helps to make this a great option for working dog-parents

I was visiting Stamford from Canada. I needed your service for one a half day. Unfortunately, I never had access to the webcam, the person who received my pet told me he was going to contact me as soon as the IT issue was fixed but I never received the call.

Excellent staff and service! The location is clean and well maintained. They have a "live camera" so you can see your dog playing with friends and toys! We take our dog three (3) days a week and she is always super excited to go!

The staff accommodates every quirk and personality of the pups!

Employees remember my dog and actively engage with her when we arrive and when I pick her up in the evening. She displays signs of recognizing all of them and seems happy to be there.

Everything!! From the second you walk in the door, it’s like being with family. They truly love what they do and it shows! My dog loves going! I occasionally look at the webcam and love watching the dogs play!! They have fun events every week. They celebrate birthdays! They have a dog of the week. It’s fun for us pet parents, too!
