Friendly staff.
Very friendly staff who genuinely seem happy to see our pets and love on them
Friendly, safe, caring environment for my dogs. Love the monthly calendar with all of the events and activities. I know it’s more “human” driven because appeals to us and the activities are all beneficial to the dogs’ wellbeing.
The atmosphere was pleasant for my puppy and for me. I like that I can watch him play on the webcam and I love that he was so tuckered out when I got home bc he played like he doesn’t get to at home since there are no other fur babies in our home.
Very nice staff. My dog was groomed, and came out with looking very chic.
The caregivers are awesome!!! The facility is clean and well kept. The service is reliable and I trust them completely with my dog.
The boys are always excited to go. They love going outside and playing in the water when it’s out. I love that they come home nice and tired and I enjoy the weekly activities.
Bear loves playing with his friends when he goes. He literally pulls me into the building. I like having the extra options for one on one time.

We found this location very last minute for boarding and they did everything to make it easy for us! Our boy was comfortable and happy all weekend long. It’s a shame it’s such a drive for us, otherwise I would love to have him attend daycare during the week. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and keeping our boy happy and engaged while we were out of town!!
Friendly staff. Easy app to use. What I would change is better supervision in romper room. Our dog comes home with gashes in her leg at times. Could be scratches or bites.
We like how attentive the staff is and how detail-oriented they are when it comes to taking special care of pet needs.
There are have been numerous occasions when there is a wait time at drop-off and pick-up. During these occasions in the morning there is a line out the door and there is only one person checking in and bringing the dogs in the back. It is becoming about a 10 minute wait time or more. At pick-up it is the same when there is a long line to pick-up dogs when there is only one person checking out and going to the back to get the dogs ready. I would recommend at high peak times in the morning and at pick up to have multiple people to check in and check out.
Personal attention to dogs. Staff knows each dog by name and personality.
Wish dogs could board without using play days money in addition to kennel fees.
Every single person there knows out dog and he is always excited to both be dropped there and picked up. Everyone is very knowledgeable and communicative. There is really nothing we are unhappy with.
Friendly staff. They remember my dogs name the first few times I dropped him off.

Great staff who really understand and accept each dog for who they are and really care about the dogs in their facility.
They keep it clean and safe. I never worry about my dog when he visits whether for the day or overnight boarding.
I love that my pup is SO excited to go to Dogtopia! He loves all the girls and gives them huge kisses when we open the door. He’s so ready to go play that he doesn’t even say bye to me!!!!
Super friendly staff who are kind and flexible and know my dog. But the best part is that my dog gets SO excited when we get him ready to go to Dogtopia. He whines with excitement as we get close to the facility and he wants to leap behind the desk to go play. When we pick him up, he’s always happy to see us and hasn’t forgotten any of his training.
The people are the best! So friendly and they care about you and your pup. I know Ferris will be safe and cared for.
Everything so far
I left my dog for one day and up to 2 weeks. She seems to enjoy it, and I have peace of mind knowing I can spy on her in the gym or call/text to check in. She never comes home stinky, which is a plus after splash day. The downtown Fort Worth team is always SO accommodating!
My pup seems to enjoy being there. Although he's easy going, he's happy to go it. I love that the staff knows each owner and their pup when we walk in, they immediate radio for him to come out without having to ask or verify.
Have a manager on site.
Better cameras. They often lag or don’t load at all.
I also think an end of day “progress report” could be kind of nice. I honestly can’t tell if my dog enjoys going or not and I think some feedback about how she acted during the day or did she eat would be nice.

I love how all the staff members genuinely care about our pup! We've used Dogtopia in Davis for boarding and daycare, and our doggie always comes home exhausted and happy. She loves it there!
We have liked in the past how happy our dog was to go, but this last time was different
