The staff has been wonderful! Everyone has been so friendly and very welcoming. My dog just recently started going to daycamp and he seems to love it. Everyone has been patient with both of us while we learn the ropes! The staff has been great about keeping me informed on how my dog is doing during the day, which I've really appreciated.
This place is great, but there has been a lot of instances where my dog has come home sick, throwing up or with diarrhea. Which, has led me to bring him less.
I like that we can check in on our pup on the web cams, and our pup is crate trained so I also like that they sleep in a crate at night
I liked the web cam so I could check on our pup, and the fact that she can socialize with the other dogs. Every time I checked on her, her tail and ears were up, indicating a happy dog. Location is good as well. I wish it were slightly more affordable.
The way pricing and packages work have different options for 3 day play days instead of it having to be required for a weekly schedule
Grace had a bath and nail trim. She looks wonderful and as usual the staff is great. We've been a longtime patron of Dogtopia Highland Village.
I watch through the web cam and it looks like they take good care of the dogs

Dogtopia is Clean, safe, caring, and professional. Our pup looks forward to each visit and starts wagging her tail when we pull in the parking lot.

We always know Mocha is in the best hands at Dogtopia! She recently had a health crisis while being boarded and the Dogtopia team acted immediately, getting her to our vet for the care she needed. They ensured we were kept up to date on what was happening (as we were in the process of flying home), stayed with her while she was treated, and followed up with us to check on her recovery after we brought her home.

Dogtopia of Brick is truly outstanding! From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much the staff genuinely cares. Everyone is warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The facility itself is beautiful—clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed for the dogs’ safety and happiness.
Our two pups, Izzy and Annie, absolutely love it there. The team treats them like family, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing they’re in such loving and capable hands. Whether it’s for daycare, boarding, or just a fun playday, Dogtopia of Brick goes above and beyond.
We’re so grateful to have found a place that’s not only well-run, but filled with people who truly care. Highly recommend to any dog parent looking for a trustworthy, top-tier facility for their furry family members! 🐾

Prices, hours and staff
Finn loves it and comes home tuckered out. His behavior at home improved and he is sleeping better.
The people were very kind and did a wonderful job on my dogs groom. However, 7 hours is too long for him to be there for a grooming session; especially when I was told to expect about 2 hours. They did apologize for taking too many bookings and assured me this is not the norm. I will go back - like I said, they did a great job with his hair cut - but I won't continue to patron if it takes that long again.

The staff is always very friendly and cares about the dogs. The staff often tell me about their interactions with my dog.
First, the staff is excellent and incredibly friendly. The facilities are okay. I feel as though it is small and mostly indoors, which leads to chaos and foul smells. I would bring my puppy here more if it was cleaner (I.e. my dog doesnt come home smelling like a homeless pup) and if it wasn't so expensive. Other than that, I really like the people and the convenience. Btw, having been to other Dogtopia facilities, I am aware of what a clean environment can be.

OMG what don’t i love about your services!? Ben and his crew of young people are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Faith and Nate in particular are amazing! I realize our dogs are scheduled for services, but these two always greet Daphne and I like friends.

It’s very expensive
I thought there was going to be more interaction with the dogs. We all dog parents appreciate a clean environment for sure, but the whole morning was cleaning and back turned to our fur babies. It wasn't until finally the afternoon he got a bestie to play with.
