We have always thought very highly of the staff and service at Dogtopia-South Summerlin. This last week, they helped me out in a crunch and hadn't seen my dogs in several months. The staff remembered who I was and all three of my dogs. The staff is so kind, pleasant, and helpful. My dogs love going there and it is obvious they are well cared for and loved.

The staff is knowledgeable and went out of their way to help my dog feel comfortable in a brand new environment that she was initially unsure about. I can tell the staff really know and understand the relationships between all the dogs and know about dog behavior in general.
My dog (Riggins) has attended the Dedham, MA location for about 3 years on a 3-day enrollment plan. Riggins loves going to Dogtopia with genuine excitement to see the coaches there. If there is ever an issue with his health (stomach issues or other concerns), it is always extremely well explained on what happened and he is always taken great care of. The staff at that location is patient, kind and always willing to accommodate needs. My only feedback I would offer is that the pick-up and drop-off process can fluctuate from 2 - 15 minutes which makes planning a personal schedule can be challenging sometimes (I believe the staff does great, it seems as though the company process could be slightly quicker).

Everyone at Dogtopia did a wonderful job taking care of my lab puppy Green Bean. She had a great time!
I had my meet and greet with my Puppy. I was told everything went fine and he was just a little nervous and had to get used to everything which was to be expected since he had never been in a daycare or around other animals. I was asked what goals did I have which was for him to become more social with other animals. Then his first official day of daycare. I was told that your company would not accept him back because daycare is not for him. What was the point of the meet and greet? I feel I wasted my time and all the excitement we had for him to grow and become more social, now he cannot do that. After one bad day, his first and last day. I was told it was because he was shaking and didn’t want to come out of the kennel, eat or drink. There were no steps even taken to even help him become acclimated. No time given to get him used to everything, no plan set in place to even try. The way you can make it right is setting up a plan in place for dogs that may need some more time before not accepting them back after one day. So that way the owner knows now they need to go to a different type of facility where the dogs and parents needs can be met. Or I’ve recommendations to other places that are more suitable. I put all my eggs in dogtopia and was very confident we had found the right daycare for him. Now it is back to the start.

When I asked at drop off for an overnight, what time do I need to pick up my dog, the associate stated tomorrow by 5. She did not indicate that we would be charged another day. Also, my dog has had diarrhea since we picked him up. You were very friendly and I appreciate all the play time Einstein had.

Everything works! The processes for requesting services, payment, and my dog’s over wellness and happiness.
I know they have a lot of fur kids that go through their door but each kid is treated like they are the only one. I also love they know each dog's name. Safety and health is also very important to me and that take that serious here. And, most importantly, when I pick up Lulu, she's happy and I can tell she had fun and was treated well.
Ease of most anything we need for Wiley being right there, together...
Curbside drop off and pick up are very convenient and works very well with managing the pups going in and out.
Susan is always willing listen to any concerns we have had in the past and we worked together to get a resolve.
Coaches are all friendly. There are special fun/ treat days for the pups. Dogtopia provides pictures of the pups on special occasions.
Chebo is very excited when he realizes it is Dogtopia day. Comes home exhausted from all the fun.
Too many dogs at one time and my dog came home smelling like pee very badly every day. Also very expensive

The staff is wonderful and caring, they have helped the dynamics of our pack so much. It is comforting to have a place close to home for safe, secure boarding as well.
Energetic and enthusiastic caregivers
Very convenient to my home. I like that I can check up on my pet during the day by way of the webcam. Everyone there is always so friendly. I think he enjoys it. He has no problems with going right in to the building. But I know he is always happy to see me when I return!
