Very welcoming, kind and professional!
Everyone is extremely friendly to the dog owner and their dogs! Opie loves to go and play with his dog friends and he always receives lots of encouragement and love from his human friends, Jordan, Jess, and Keeley!

Easy to make appointments. Leaving cc info makes paying is very easy. Being open at 6:30 is extremely convenient for me. Everyone is friendly and is super nice to my dog and me.
The human bathroom is absolutely gross! I can not even believe the employees use that.
Everything else I see or hear is absolutely amazing!

I really liked the pre-screening and how organized they were, given all the dogs that are there all the time. I had my husband take her in, and I noticed when she returned that the staff wrote Barb’s name on her backpack and made sure that the instructions I provided for food were clearly written on the bag, They (the people working the day I first came) also knew the dogs like regulars, which was very cute. This was Barb’s first time in boarding, and since she is a senior dog and a rescue, we have been a bit overprotective. It was really so reassuring to see how she was doing on camera, and that she was really enjoying herself with the other dogs. We definitely feel comfortable having her stay there again in the future.

It might not matter what I think because my dog LOVES it. He can't wait to get out of the car when we get there in the morning and his tail is wagging his body at that point. He goes straight to the front door and then straight to the door to the back. The staff know him (and it seems like all the other dogs) by their names and seem to genuinely like them. My dog has dog friends and he loves the staff
All of the staff was very pleasant and professional. I like that my dogs are in kennels all day.

When we say the word “Dogtopia” she gets excited.
Communication is poor as far as things like holidays go. I have been able to book drop-off and pick-up for boarding and daycare in the app multiple times just to find a sign on the door that says due to the holiday you’re closing early. (Earlier than I was allowed to select pick up in the app.) The app seems to have no way of communicating that and it’s very frustrating.
The people who work there really love my dog!
We love that our dogs are always monitored when in the play room and that they get break time to rest. It is comforting having the cameras so we can check in on them during the day. Plus it's fun to watch all the other dogs too! Pick up and drop off is easy and the staff are great.

They are always ready to accept Snickers for the day. They are friendly and Snickers loves to go there
It's clean and they take good care not our fur babies.
When I picked up my dog she had dried poop all over her fur and her backside had fresh poop all over. I don’t expect anyone to bath my dogs but I would hope my dogs would stay somewhat cleaner than that.

I think the system you have doggy daycare and the grooming should be updated. I had called three times before to confirm and each time I had to clarify she was there for care and grooming. When I got there I had to clarify again that she was there for both and each time the staff member had trouble finding this.
When I picked up they had trouble getting my dogs things because they didn’t realize she was there for grooming and care. AND they didn’t give her the snack I left her for break/lunch time. :/
This team went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of my 3 dogs. They helped to sort out the various needs and issues of my dogs. And when they stayed for an extended visit, they were cared for lovingly! This place has highly trained staff, and is very well cleaned and managed. It was spotless! I can’t thank them enough and they are highly recommended!!
