everyone is so nice and friendly, and they treat everyone like family
Very professional. Always greeted in a friendly way. And, eager to have Peggy be there.
We were told to bring Luca in the morning for a grooming, but he wasn't seen until around 2pm. As for the grooming, there were a couple of spots that were missed, his paws were not done thoroughly, and I thought the inside of his ears would have been cleaned up more. Overall a decent cut, but looked rushed. Dogtopia is a solid business with trustworthy and friendly staff, it's just sometimes the grooming quality could be better or just more thorough. It's an expensive service and we don't want to have to do a clean up trim when we get home. Thanks for understanding and we look forward to continuing our business with Dogtopia.

Murphy had a good time. He came back with a small eye infection, I received medication from My family Vet and he is doing great.

We recently entrusted Dogtopia with our three beloved dogs — Roxi, Shelby, and Andor — while we were out on vacation for over a week, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we dropped them off, we felt confident they were in great hands.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure each of our pups was cared for, loved, and treated like part of their own family. They got to play, socialize, and stay active every day, and the daily report cards and webcam check-ins gave us such peace of mind while we were away. You could see the genuine love the team has for the animals they look after — it’s not just a job to them, it’s a passion.
When we picked them up, our dogs were happy, healthy, and clearly had a great time. It’s rare to find a place that you trust fully with your pets, but Dogtopia earned that trust in every way. We are so grateful for the care, attention, and joy they gave Roxi, Shelby, and Andor — and we’ll absolutely be back.

We didn’t get a report or any feedback on how our dog did last time be boarded her. We also didn’t get back her extra kibble and the front desk person didn’t have any reason for that.

My dogs love Dogtopia. I cannot tell my chocolate lab she is going becasue she gets so crazy, happy and I can hardly get her in the car. She sees the building and starts barking like mad. My other dog just began coming and he loves it as well. The staff at the Commerce location is great. I have also used their boarding and the dogs are treated great and love it.
Very convenient and our dog seems to enjoy himself. I like that he is out playing with other dogs and not spending too much time in a cage.

I like the doggie cam so I can keep track of my dog while he is boarding. I like that the dogs who are boarding are a part of the daycare program.
This is a nice, clean facility with a wonderful team of people who care about the dogs. Very happy to have found this place! My dog is finally getting appropriate socialization and exercise!

I feel my dog is well cared for and can socialize with other dogs while in your care. I love that I can watch him on the web cam. I was totally at ease while on vacation, knowing my dog was safe and happy.

The staff's personalized attention, greeting both me and Marly by name, truly stands out. I especially appreciate the engaging activities offered for Marly and the peace of mind that comes with being able to watch her on camera while I'm at work.
Orla says she loves going to Dogtopia because she gets to play with plenty of other puppies and has made many friends. She tells me the people are nice, and sometimes she gets yummy special treats.

The workers are very polite and friendly. They take good care of my dogs whenever I leave her there. I left my dog with them for a few days while I was out of town on vacation and they took good care of her. I can also watch my dog on the webcam which is a plus.
