Our dog on his meet and greet had a great time but picked up kennel cough while in the gym with other dogs. I don't have a solution but hopefully owners whose dogs have coughs do not send them to the facility.

Dogtopia Cranberry is a very clean, safe environment for our Sophie-girl. The cost is reasonable in relationship to services offered.
The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable.

My dog loves coming to play there. The people are friendly and attentive. Sugar is a larger dog who loves other dogs, but sometimes likes to sit back and watch. She gets a chance to play then hang back, take a nap and do it all again in the afternoon. When I am busy and not able to give her the time she needs, I know when I drop her off at Dogtopia, she’s gonna come home after a day of playing and fun and be very happy.
Great people and facilities. Awesome offerings and services. We use the daycare, boarding, spa services and love it all.

We have a high energy dog. With a baby and full time jobs, it’s hard for us to give him the exercise and enrichment that he needs some days. Dogtopia wears him out and we can tell that he’s had a good time. We also love that we can drop him off for daycare and grooming in one spot. The groomers always do an awesome job, even when the dog isn’t always cooperative with them.

I didn’t like that there was no outdoor space for the dogs to play. Also, in watching the coaches in the room on the webcam, other than petting the dogs every now and then, it seemed like all they did was mop up pee. I didn’t see them play with the dogs. Lastly, I received an email mid meet and greet about how my dog was doing. However, what was said in the email was untrue. I was told my dog was running and playing with two other dogs. However, I was watching on the webcam practically the entire time and she was just sitting off to the side by herself. This made me feel like I couldn’t trust what the staff tells me in the future. On the positive side, it was very well organized, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I also liked that there was a webcam.

I love them so far and Arlo my pup loves it too. All the little activities are super cute and aren’t an arm and a leg to be apart of. Most recently was Father’s Day and it was a little photoshoot. Will be coming more for sure

Dogtopia FoCo's talented, caring staff listens and goes the extra distance to make overnight boarding our 8 yr old (or so?) "rescue" husky-mix a smooth, positive experience. As someone who has trained, and cared for, many pets (while working and rising sons) I know first-hand how much effort it takes to do this. Thank you!!
Great place for my dog to stay at. I just wish you'd get webcams working again. I have asked and asked.
