The staff isn’t very friendly or warm, especially at the front desk. It is a very impersonal experience overall. I keep going because I like the webcams and outdoor space for the dogs.
Everyone was friendly and professional. They also respected my wishes regarding how my dog should be treated and reinforced things I'm trying to teach him such as not jumping when greeting people. Loki enjoyed his visit very much. The only thing I did not care for was the fact that there could be up to 42 dogs in his play area. I would prefer him to be in a smaller group which I realize it usually is, but there's just no way of knowing.
The staff are welcoming to us and especially our dog. The Webcam us very helpful and eases my mind that my dog is being cared for.
Convenient, close to home, great hours
Quinn is sometimes challenging to deal with. He is older and has lots of anxiety. However, the groomer understands and is wonderful and gentle with him. She does a great job every time and when I pick Quinn up, he is calm. Very happy with her services!

Staff is friendly and easily recognized how to handle my non-confident dog. I like being able to check on him with Webcam as well.
The staff is so friendly, helpful, and they take great care of our pups! My fur baby goes to daycare twice a week. We love all of the activities they have for the pups. Jade comes home a happy, tired pup!

I do not like that I’d be paying for daycare and my dogs would be crated for 2 hours! I can crate them at home!

Effie & Kismet love coming to Dogtopia and I love knowing they are safe and supervised while I'm at work. Hannah and the staff are wonderful and everyone knows my dogs by name when they come in. I appreciate the many package choices. Between work, agility, nosework, dock diving and puppy classes, my schedule is pretty rigorous and my needs for daycare change every few months. I appreciate the ability to make adjustments when needed.
Everything!! I am extremely pleased at how Dogtopia is run and could not have been happier to have met so many caring individuals. From the moment my pup and I enter the building a feeling of pure joy envelopes me. My pup races down the hall to get in and doesn’t look back. I would recommend Dogtopia 100%.
All the employees seem very friendly. Rudy loves to go there.
Love the friendly staff, clean facility, and web cam!
I would like to see upgraded wide-angle cameras for each room. I would also like to see the staff members that are assigned to each play room interact more with the dogs, especially when some dogs appear bored or nervous.
It is obvious the staff cares about the fur friends. Obvious that our Ethel loves the staff. It's great to be able to check on her on my phone.
We love the photo parties and mementos with paw/snout prints! While these can be done at home, it's really nice when your fur child comes home with a Father's Day card or a photo with Santa that you didn't have them make for yourself. He also loves meatball Mondays and other treat days. Last but certainly not least, the staff at Dogtopia Garden Home have increased our dog's family; he wags his tail and lights up when he sees them like when a child sees a grandparent. They appreciate him for the quirky doggo that he is and are always so happy to see him when he comes in for daycare (even though he goes 5 days a week!) The staff really seem to love their jobs and our pups which makes it all the better to leave our boy in their hands.
My dog Ozzy was in your kennel for 4 days and when I picked him up he was limping on his front leg and had kennel cough.
