Very professional, safe-feeing and jolly environment with wonderful, obviously very skilled and kind staff who love working with dogs.
Bree was very attentive to my Daisy! She did a beautiful job on her grooming, and my dog seemed none the worse for wear about the experience! My dog was happy and smelled wonderful! She did an exceptionally nice job on her nails, and I was thrilled to hear that she was not difficult to work with since this was her first professional grooming. next time I will ask for the cut to be shorter, but Daisy still came out looking 100% better than when she went in! I am so happy to have found Dogtopia!
Friendly and don’t mind answering questions. Appears clean and doesn’t smell like a barn which is very important. I like the monitors to watch and see how my dogs are adjusting to other dogs. All and all it’s a good place.
My dog came back almost black from dirt and reeked of dog pee. It took me giving him 2 baths to get him clean. Absolutely disgusting.

My dog often comes home reeking of urine or covered in black smudges. Not sure if they are letting the dogs pee on her or allowing her to roll around in urine. She also frequently comes home with large scratches. These injuries are never reported to us when they happen.

I recently visited Dogtopia on Saturday, and I had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, ensuring every dog was well-cared for and happy. The facilities were clean, spacious, and designed with the dogs' safety and enjoyment in mind.
I was genuinely impressed with how organized everything was, from check-in to playtime sessions. My dog came back home cheerful and well-exercised, clearly having had a fantastic time interacting with other pups.
Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 5 stars. I highly recommend Dogtopia to any pet owner looking for a fun, safe, and engaging environment for their furry friend.

We've been going here for years. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.The place is very clean. I like the cams to see what my dog is doing.He loves going there and can't wait to get out of the car and into the building. I know he's well taken care of for a day or a week.
