The staff is always so welcoming of our pups! The environment and service has remained consistent for the past 2 years that we have been using your services (boarding and daycare). I always recommend Dogtopia to my dog friends.
The people are very friendly and make setting appointments easy. And it is very clear that everyone there loves the dogs. Skeeter Lynne, Martin and Trippy had a wonderful time and we have already scheduled several day care days, baths and overnight stays. I highly recommend Dogtopia!

We've had a great experience overall with Dogtopia. The staff are kind and friendly and clearly care about the dogs. My dog, Ollie is always excited to go. It's been a great outlet for his energy and socialization. We also live 5 mins away so it's super convenient.
That said, I’ve noticed that my dog (who has a very light coat) often comes home quite dirty, enough that he needs a full bath after daycare. I totally understand that dogs get messy when they’re having fun, but it does make it tough to rely on this as a regular option during the week. If there’s ever an option for a slightly cleaner play area or quick rinses for the especially dirty pups, that would be great!

Everyone who works there is extremely pleasant and professional. We don’t worry about our dog at all when we board her for the week because we know she’s in good hands.

It’s easy to sign my dog up for day care & the staff is very friendly. The facility is clean & well organized. I can view how happy my dog is socializing with the other dogs. I know he is well cared for.
My small dog was too scared to enter. He went straight into the cage and would not come out. The gang of dogs that surrounded him kept him from entering. Your people should have scattered the group and allowed him to enter. I’m so disappointed as I needed this to be a good experience.
The location is convenient; the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the facility is clean, nice.
So I am a very high maintenance client. However, the staff at this location especially Alex is so kind and understanding. They never made me feel crazy for wanting pictures and daily updates. Luka was very well taken care of. This is quickly becoming his home away from home.

Your staff is very attentive. I appreciate the bathing option so my dog comes home smelling good. The cameras are nice so that I can peak in on my boys when they are there.

Staff are welcoming and show affection for our dog. The staff know our dog by name and sight and she knows them, greeting them with enthusiasm whenever we drop her off.
