Send out monthly calendar more than 24 hours in advance. Ex- it’s 6/30 after 5pm, and the July calendar still has not been posted on social media. Many of us only bring our pet once weekly. With appointments booking up more and more, we need to know what days are when to plan accordingly. Kinda annoying.
Everything the staff the area, how thoughtful they are and how they make it fun for the dogs and they do a lot of things for them and they’re very flexible. I have no complaints whatsoever. I am so grateful that I found this place.
Friendly and and video capable
Have the doggies go potty outside so it doesn't break the structure they have at home which is not to potty inside and to do so outside. I know its hard to do that with tens of dogs, but that's what I think would be good to see.
You don't discriminate about the dog's age and my dog is 14 years old. He did had a lot of Fur on him and a little madded, he just wasn't having a good time when he came there. But when he came out, he was full of sunshine and energy, I don't know what y'all did, but the visit was good for him, he's so full of energy. Thank you.
When I picked up my dog her lip was bleeding. I had been notified of it so it wasn’t a huge shock. But she also looked thinner. She also had feces and urine matted to her bottom. She wasn’t well taken care of and we won’t be back.

The Dogtopia staff LOVE Monroe--I can tell that they are attuned to the doggies that are in their care. I love hearing about her day, and they are always willing to take the extra step for her.

Took my pup Billie in for her first doggy daycare experience at Dogtopia and was really impressed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and took the time to walk me through the entire assessment process. I appreciated the transparency and the option to check in on Billie via their live webcams throughout the day. The facility was clean, well-organized, and clearly run with care. Most importantly, Billie was well taken care of and came home happy and tired. Great first experience—looking forward to bringing her back!

It was the first time we had ever boarded Luna. She's a very friendly dog that we take to the dog park frequently, but you know, we were still a little nervous about leaving her.
Well- she was happy to see us, but she was mostly tired from her vacation and sleepover with friends. She played a ton. She made a best friend. And she seems absolutely unphased by being boarded at all. That last part made me the happiest. We will for sure use dogtopia again.
There isn’t anything I don’t like. The staff absolutely loves our fur babies and goes above and beyond in everything they do. It’s nice to be able to drop off your pet and know that they are being so well taken care of and loved.
As soon as the door opens Rosie L is ready to go play with her pals!!
