The personal attention given to each dog is fabulous! Alexis and the entire team treat every dog like their own. The facility is kept extremely clean and there are always fun activities for the dogs. My pup loves going to Dogtopia and seeing all of her friends every day. I am so appreciative of the great care my Maggie receives every day. I rave about Dogtopia to anyone who will listen!
Even though we are part time all staff members seem to know my dog.

All of the staff were clearly very dedicated to the dogs' welfare and happiness. I felt that my dog was in good hands.

I was out of the country. You demanded I have someone pick my dog up immediately because of ‘Happy Tail.’
We found absolutely no evidence of tail injury.

The staff is amazing and my fur baby was very relaxed.
Very clean and engaging place. The dogs are well cared for, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Playtime is well monitored. I like that we could see the dogs playing on the camera and we were able to tour the facilities. The rubber mats covering the floors, the air conditioning, cleanliness and great staff are all important to us.
Our dog is happy to go there, and comes back exhausted. She loves it there.
My dog has a great time there was the other dogs and staff. I like the theme special days and the attentiveness.
I just didn’t feel right this time around. During drop off they didn’t seem to know we were dropping off our dog. Seemed chaotic and seemed to have p power at facility. Did not ge a response back from facility till 48 hours after initial contact. Cameras were not working, did not know that there’s a new app. During my first call to facility felt very cold no apology for 48 hour response time. Just didn’t feel like family this time around. Maybe new staff not sure but I personally didn’t feel that connection I felt from past visits.
Convenience of the daycare location was great. Services and prices for them seem to be in line with other similar businesses in the area. I wanted to use the video service to watch my dog during her week long stay with you, but had a great amount of difficulty creating and using an account and password from my computer. I was eventually able to get the username and password to sync up, but after that one successful time, I was too frustrated to keep trying over and over again. The program clearly needs some work.

Something changed with the new management. I noticed a lot less dogs attending the days when I’d check in on the cameras. The rooms used to be packed. If we weren’t moving, I think I’d be ending the membership anyways. And we were told to make it known when Leo’s last day was so they can do something special, so we did, and then doesn’t seem like anything happened nor did they seem to know when I cancelled the membership. Kind of disappointing.
Very dog friendly compared to other traditional kennels. Our dog had plenty of time to interact with other dogs as well as the staff.
I love the staff! They really care about the dogs and make sure they are safe and happy.
All employees are very friendly. Facility is clean. I like that there is always an employee in the room with the dogs- just in case.
The staff is amazing - I feel so comfortable leaving my best buddy with them, for the day, or an extended visit. I really appreciate your services and the quality of care you provide. It is great to have the webcams available to check on my pup. Thanks again.

You guys are greet! The employees are all wonderful. The only thing I would ask is please fix the cameras on the days when they are turning off on times outside of nap time. Sometimes the cameras are not on, even though it is not during the 12-2pm nap time when they are not on anyway. Thank you!!
