I love how welcoming all the staff is, the drop off/pick up times are super convenient. My dog LOVES going to day care every week. She gets so excited when we park and she is always greeted with a smile. The staff is kind, caring, and really help dogs find their confidence.

My dog loves going to Dogtopia Garden Home! I like the flexibility of the unlimited package, and I appreciate when the staff reach out about "flash sales" to let me know what deals are available.

Dogtopia Harrison Ave has gone out of their way to make sure Valentine's experience is the best. I can tell the trainers really care about the animals, because she enthusiastically runs in every day that she goes. I've even noticed increases in her energy outside of Dogtopia, which shows she's playing and socializing while she's there.
I've been very happy with the human end of service - everyone is polite and responsive. We are big fans!

I love that the staff is actually interactive with the dogs and doesn’t just sit in a chair all day! They know dogs by name and know their temperament. They seem to genuinely care about each dog. It’s great for my dog, he comes home at the end of the day and is completely wiped out!
The switch to new system has been such a hassle. The dog cameras are never on - what drew me to this place originally, you dropped my payment methods, my dog shot records, etc.
the staff has become increasingly frazzled when i deal with them, they're blatently rude. I'm evalutating new places to keep my dogs when I travel because service has plummeted noticeably in the past month or so
Everyone is so friendly. The place is clean and smell smells wonderful. They always are standing at the door waiting for Duke to come in. Duke runs to whoever is at the door and does not look back. That makes me happy.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The webcam is an amazing feature and provides great peace of mind. The flexibility in allowing me to drop in my sons dog unexpectedly was truly appreciated.

Savannah and her crew are the best part of my pup's week! Filbert loves to break up his weekdays with a session at Dogtopia where he can run and play with all his friends. We feel safe leaving him with Dogtopia and have taken advantage of daycare, boarding, and groooming services. He's always tuckered out when we pick him up each day so we know he's had a great time!

The staff at Dogtopia provided compassionate care of Buddy, our 8 year old Collie/Great Pyrenees mix. As a rescue dog, we don't know his past history to know why he's sensitive to some of his paws, and other body parts to be handled - but Dogtopia was able to trim his nails and shampoo and groom his long coat - with Buddy wagging his tail as he left their facility. Nicely done!
I love all of the wonderful staff at Dogtopia. They are truly the ones who make our furry family happy, safe and friendly. You will always feel the love and care!!! Try it your furry one will love you for it.
Riley and Rudy love going to Dogtopia Rocklin. The management and staff are so friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and I love being able to check in via the webcam. Thank you, Dogtopia!!
From the staff to the Facilities, everything is top shelf. well except the updated app but that's corporate and not local. When you turn your phone to landscape, the App does not allow the image to be bigger, like the previous version, so you're stuck with an image approx 3 x 1". That along with other issues in the app.

My dogs are always excited to go to Dogtopia, especially Sadie. I like that you offer both indoor and outdoor play areas. I also like that I can use the Webcams to see my dogs from wherever I am traveling. Your daily special food, treats and play options are fun as well. I love getting pictures of the dogs and report cards.

My dog is always very excited to go and hang out with all the other dogs. It’s a piece of mind to know if she’s having a fun day. The people that work there are very sweet and very loving to the animals.
We love the amazing care you give to Sofie. Everyone is so kind and definitely pet focused. She loves her time socializing with her little buddies and we are so grateful.
