I love being able to watch my dog playing with other dogs throughout the day. She’s extremely social and still young, so she needs the time with other dogs.
Cameras are not available most days
Love your spa services. Our dog has been going to Dogtopia for years and we are very happy that her experiences with staff have always been nothing but very positive. We highly recommend Dogtopia.

Buddy loves playing at Dogtopia. The staff is very attentive. And the size of the Toybox room gives him the ability to run and play.
The staff is very friendly. There are many dogs in the Toy Box for Rosie to play with any day she is there.
Dogtopia of Dublin, Ohio is amazing. 😀. They take such great care of our dog, Milo. Milo always has such a great time and is tired from healthy, productive playing all day. 😀. And, the staff is always friendly and caring. They care about Milo as if he was their own dog. He knows it, too. 😀. And, the fact that they treat him, and all of the dogs, like their own dogs, means the world to us. 😀. We have had trouble with other places. So, we definitely see and know the difference. 😀. Dogtopia of Dublin, Ohio has been very good to our family. We have been so happy with how Milo has grown and learned from them; and, we trust Dogtopia, Dublin, Ohio with Milo’s safety and care.

We also love using the app and being able to watch Milo on the webcams. It’s particularly nice while on vacation and for our daughter, who is in college. She can check in and watch Milo whenever he’s at daycare or boarding. She misses him so much; so, it’s nice that she’s able to see him happily playing with his friends at Dogtopia.
Finally, we truly appreciate the pictures of Milo and the dog art on special occasions (like Mother’s Day). It’s so cute. We have started an album of his memories. His Dogtopia photos and art are going into the album. 😀
Staff and facilities are excellent
The entire staff and especially Alex are great to work with.
They treat our dog as if she was one of their own.
They are very responsive to any requests or questions.
I am especially impressed with how they share a concern about Blossoms well being. Any time that the has been either a physical or behavioral concern they bring it to our attention immediately.
We feel very confident that our Blossom is closely watched and cared for when we take her to Dogtopia.
Daycare, cameras, boarding, suites, staff.
Ivy is always excited to get in the car and visit and/or board!
Every single person at Dogtopia is wonderful to interact with and supports the location so well! The staff helps make sure the pups are getting whatever they need and on occasion help out the owners, too. (Like when we forget that closing time is quickly approaching and a pup hasn’t been picked up yet!) My dog always comes home happy and exhausted and I get the joy of knowing he’s getting in his socialization under watchful eyes. LOVE Dogtopia and rave about it whenever I can.
Cheerful people who work there. Great place for my dog to go and play with others when it is too hot to walk outside.
The times for the meet and greet were very inconvenient. Available times were right in the middle of my workday and I was fortunate I was able to rearrange my day so that I could go to one. Having more options for times would be helpful.
Friendly and efficient staff
I came in to check you guys out . Great facility . I was asked what i would like as far as a membership & i replied “ unlimited “ … but never agreed that this was the place for me or Louise . You charged me anyways. So much for a free trial . You better cancel me and any of my info . Terrible business practices. I will post online . Thank you
All staff very personable and caring for the pets. Very clean and tidy. Tillman loves to go and spend time with his friends and the caring staff.

Everyone is so friendly, and my dog is always excited to be at daycare.
Drop off and pick up is very efficient, my dog has the best days, having the staff know all the dogs and which dog belongs to who provides a level of personal service that is exceptional. We love Dogtopia BR!
I’m tired of having issues with billing and unable to solve the issue.
Getting multiple times double charges and nobody being able to reimburse the extra charges.
It is unacceptable to have nobody being able to solve that issue quickly. Any other business or shop it will be an easy fixed. It feels like Dogtopia is trying to still money from people and refusing to reimburse trying to sell you extra days or services to avoid to reimburse the extra charges.
It is impossible to get a manager on the phone or even get an email back. For some reasons nobody is available, getting send to random numbers or even worst random other Dogtopia locations! I have been lied to multiple times it is unacceptable and criminal.
My dogs love going to Dogtopia! Oscar literally starts barking when I pass TJ Maxx. The staff is top tier! I know my dogs are safe and socializing with other dogs.
I really like the different types of events and activities that they have for the dogs. The staff is very friendly, and is always very welcoming. They are also very accommodating.
Teddy loves to go and play with his friends. All the employees are so friendly and caring.

You do a great job. Just fir the dog, all that stimulation can be too much.
I love the way the dogs play a long time. The professionalism of your staff. The cleanliness of your establishment. My pup was excited and happy. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having a point system where for every dollar spent, a point is given. Point can be used back within your establishment. Also, at the other daycare, I get a first responder discount. Other than that I love it.
Staff is very informative, facility is clean and love the convenience of drop off and pick-up. Only thing I'd like to see more of given season would be outdoor play when weather allows.
