Flexibility of drop off/pick up times
You take great care of the dogs
Frankie & Janie love Dogtopia. They get constant care in a clean and safe environment, and are adored by the staff every time they go. There are fun activities that keep things active and not boring, and they get excited when we pull up to the building.
Caity is so well taken care of! She absolutely loves her days at daycare. The facility is clean and safe, and I can drop her off and head to work with peace of mind that Caity's going to have a fantastic day of play.
Staff is amazing. Kind and very accommodating
Clean, proactive, dog focused, friendly, hours are great.

flexibility and ease of drop off and pick up. i love all the dogtopia staff ! especially love the cameras in the playrooms!
Facility is clean. Staff is loving and caring to the fur babies. Price is reasonable.
staff is very friendly
I've taken two different dogs to this Dogtopia over the last decade and have never had any complaints. They care about the pets and help owners with training and obedience skills.
Without exception, every single time our dog comes home from Dogtopia he is sick. I know it's impossible to control, but tighter restrictions on boarding dogs in poor health might be a plan. Most times he comes home with kennel cough that lasts a week. This time he's thrown up two times in a row with some possible blood in the throw up. This winds up costing us quite a bit of money in vet visits. It is definitely concerning.
Booking system and receipts, tracker of days used for boarding.
The way that the staff welcome by Pearl girl when she gets there and are excited to see her! Pearl always willingly goes back and seems to always be willing to go back is proof she finds it to be a familiar and happy place! And I always feel in the know if something needs to be addressed or if they have concerns, or just want to share something fun! Love how you take care of my 13 year old girl! <3
Your staff is very friendly and I feel like my dog is in good hands when she’s there.
I was very disappointed when I picked my dog up on Monday. He had his nails clipped. One was clipped show short that he bled all over my truck and my house before we realized it. The other nails were cut down to the point where they we almost bleeding. I expect more from a professional service.
Ease of drop off and my dog is happy going to play.
Clean, safe, fun, employees are kind and clearly love dogs, and we love being able to check on him on webcam
Super friendly, accommodating, and flexible!
Friendliness and caring.
Close in proximity to my home.
Staff is wonderful
Blackberry seems to love it!
Barnum and Bailey are actually excited to go to Dogtopia, which I love!
Personal service, treats and crafts for the dogs
My dog is playing in a safe place
Love Dogtopia. My dog is so tired when she gets home. Helps with her anxiety.
Was told grooming would be complete in an hour, went to pick up my dog and they didn’t begin yet! Also had to return because they didn’t put her collar on
Would love improvement with the cameras! The toybox camera works consistently but the gym/romper room/backyard are hardly ever working and when they do it with glitch after five seconds. Big part of the draw is being able to peek in every once in a while!
Ryker and I love Dogtopia but recently things seem to have shifted.
My texts aren't being returned, at first I was given a new number (616) but apparently that changed again (616) without notification. Even when I updated the texts still weren't answered.
He keeps hurting his nose, which used to be because he was kenneled so we moved him to a suite. When I inquired I was told it was during play... in the past when there were times things happened the team took the time to show me the video.
I know he is high energy and the team there has always been amazing I'm just worried perhaps there is a staffing issue or?
Thanks for reading.
My dog really likes to go to Dogtopia. The last time he was there he somehow broke the nail on his right front paw.
No one bothered to contact us when the injury occurred. At pickup my husband was told a sorsy had been applied and KC, our dog, would be OK. Yesterday KC had surgery to remove the broken nail which will not grow back and had become infected.
Against my advice my husband relied on the advice of employee at Dogtopia. There is a veterinary clinic next door to Dogtopia. Why our dog was not taken there immediately is beyond me. I remember giving permission for veterinary care. Who wants their dog to perhaps suffer for hours when care is next door???
At this point I don’t know if I want our dog to return to Dogtopia no matter how much he likes going
Shame on Dogtopia.
I am satisfied with the care for my dog and the caring expressed by his caregivers. That is, by far, the most important thing. But several other aspects of my experience color my impression to date.
I feel misled by a situation in which I was informed that I had "won" a free week of daycare (apparently by the Dogtopia corporate service, although I had no way of knowing this) when a representative telephoned me to set up my meet and greet. Staff of the franchise avowed no knowledge of this and a manager came off as extremely suspicious, even though she could see that corporate was the party who set up my appointment. They told me they had recently ended a contract with a call service that might be responsible, which is not something a customer would know or should have to be conncerned with. It took a lot of time and two frustrating attempts on my part to get resolution, which was not satisfactory, in that a staff member apparently failed to record our initial agreement worked out at the meet and greet appointment. So I had to go through the whole story a second time with another staff member and then a manager after thinking it had been resolved and being told it had been recorded on our account. The first resolution, apparently by a non-manager who was filling in or helping out, was not honored by the manager, leaving a very bad impression.
As a secondary issue, I got conflicting info from two different staff members about how boarding costs vary for dogs enrolled in a "wellness program" and whether the daycare credits can be applied to boarding or are totally separate. It seems like a complicated policy prone to confusion.
And finally, the boarding reservation I made in person did not appear on the app, so I felt I had to confirm twice (in person and over the phone). I did not trust the process after my initial onboarding experience. It was in fact recorded in Dogtopia's system, however.
So it seems there is room for improvement in terms of management, policy, franchise/corporate coordination, process, and technology, which colors my impression of the service despite the fact that I have zero complaints about the care that my dog received at Dogtopia.

When you walk in the door there is a bad smell. I do not think it is a dog smell. I am not sure what it is. I don't love that the dogs get no outdoor time. Otherwise my dog seemed to be happy there, which is what is most important.
