Location, hours, price.
I’d love to see the coaches interact more with the animals. I don’t see on the WebCam very often where they bend down and give pats, or attention to the animals. They are very efficient in doing their jobs as far as cleanliness and security. I do feel like it’s a safe environment for my pet.
Personalized experience and obvious understanding of family pet needs and care.

I know the set up of the building makes this likely impossible but i would love for my dog to have some time outside without having to pay extra for a walk. I am already paying for her day there.
The facility is beautiful and clean
The staff are professionals and are very involved with the dogs.
My dog waits at my kitchen door, ready to go in the mornings and gets even more excited when I park to drop him off.
He comes home relaxed and a tad exhausted after playing with the other dogs!!
From 12-2 there is lunch and then a rest period.. they have specialized events going on every month.
More importantly, they have a fundraising event to secure the funds needed, to provide a veteran with a service dog. They attained this goal in May!
I cannot say enough good things about this daycare… in addition to my using their boarding and spa services!!

All of the staff take such good care of Piper. Every time we pull up to the entrance, Piper wines, wags her tail and claws at the window to get out and go into Dogtopia.
It was really good and friendly since the moment we got there. Awesome staff!!
The smell of Urine was very strong; I know the animals go to the bathroom inside the building. I would think there must be some sort of air purifier to help with the smell.
The other thing is we could not get on the dog cam online.
The front desk attendant was very nice and personable.
The team is friendly. My dog is well cared for and always appears to have a great time. There is always staff in the room watching and assisting.
I feel that Dogtopia is very professional but cares about my dog like a small business. I like the ability to see my dog on camera when I miss him and I love the little events that he can participate in. :)
It opens early allowing me to get to work by 6am

Your employees are great! You can tell they like and take care with the dogs.
Drop off and pickup times are excellent.

First and foremost the owner Matt is such a great business man. He is kind, thoughtful and intelligent in regards to animals and their owners. My dog gets so excited to see him. I also love the professionalism of his employees. They are never on their phones or distracted. My dog recently had a bath and nail appointment and they did an amazing job! We are happy with the cost, work and that my dog enjoys coming. I feel completely at ease when I leave my dog and that's worth everything to me.

The kindness of the staff! Yes, you offer a lot of great services, but honestly having a new puppy and coming in for the grooming when I was feeling incredibly self-conscious if I was doing things right, also being overly exhausted from him crying all night ,you have answered all of my questions without judgement . All of the staff greeted him like an old friend (or pup). I am so excited for his meet and greet and to hopefully start daycare with you.
Dogtopia covers the gamut from daycare to boarding to spa services. The Tysons location is ideally situated near the toll road making it easy to drop off my pup and head to work. The real jewel in the crown at Dogtopia is the staff! My dog isn’t always a fan of interacting with other dogs, but she loves the attention of the coaches. They take the time to gauge her interest in interacting and make sure she’s comfortable and happy. Sam is my pup’s favorite human (loves her more than her humans at home) and she definitely leans in to get attention from her. Sam takes the time to update me when my dog has had a rough moment or if she notices something off with the dog. I couldn’t ask for a more caring and attentive group of folks to watch over my dog.
There is a lady that I see slams the cages, kicks them and throws the trays on top when she is cleaning them. My dog gets very nervous with noises like that. I did have a conversation with Tam about this. I do not want to bring my dog when this person is working.
I think we should be able to see all areas via the webcams. No blind spots.
Tam and Daniel are exceptional. Love them both.
