My dog loves being there, it is a change from being home

The convience. The groomer is awesome and the staff is great as well.
You are greeted when you entet. The employees are very friendly. They take an interest in your pet. It’s also clean and inviting. They watch over your pet like it’s theirs. I don’t feel anxious leaving her there.
Service has been great, but one afternoon after picking up my dog she returned with what looked like a sharp small wood/dark material piece in her nose with a big scratch.
I think a there is an opportunity to be attentive to the dogs biting/playing tough/humping each other and providing a quick check of them before taking them out of the room.
Answer the phone!! I have been calling my local Dogtopia for weeks and have gotten no response. Also the app seems to have a lot of bugs. I was able to request boarding but it was not approved until I called the store several times. With the new update the app didn't let me select a date for boarding. If it's a lack of staffing causing the issue with the phones then it feels scary to leave my pup their for any amount of time!
Coco is always so excited to go to “school.” I like that she can get a bath or have her teeth brushed or toenails done. I like the extras. Like the lick painting and special activities.
Everyone working and taking care of our pups are always friendly and have a smile on their face. I never feel pushed off. Take care of Snowball and I am happy!!
I do not like it that is difficult to find your contact number Anymore, it is not noted in the emails, nar in the new website.

Wonderful staff! Georgia somehow knows what days are doggy daycare days, and she can’t wait to go in the mornings. The staff treat her like she’s one of their own 🐾 We truly found a fun and safe place for our silly puppy to play all day 🤩
Dogtopia (Shelton) is a fantastic day care for our dog. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Its also very clean and convenient
We feel great about leaving our Sadie at Dogtopia. I love that I can look in on her while I am away. It's conveniently located and Sadie loves it too!

My dog has been going to Dogtopia since he was a little puppy. He gets so excited when we tell him it is time for him to go to “school”. He has to greet everyone up front before he goes to romper! He loves all the canine coaches. When he comes home, he is a happy and contented dog! I need to board him occasionally and he is happy to have a sleepover at his home away from home! Thank you for taking such good care of my pup!
Great & friendly staff, ability to book appointments but flexible for day of calls for walk ins!

My dog LOVES it!! Wags her little tail from the moment i put her backpack on. Shakes with excitement the whole ride to dogtopia and then drags me out of my car by of the leash and sprints to the dogtopia door and races to the back as soon as they are ready for her!

Clarity / Feedback on our dog's behavior. Perhaps offer a paid "evaluation" at regular intervals to give owners an idea of what could be improved upon or how.
