Very friendly and attentive to the dogs.
I like that I can drop my guy off and I'm worry-free while he's there. I like that he and his friends are equally matched in energy and size, and there doesn't seem to be any "tough guys" in the room. I watch the webcam and really like that I can see what my guy is up to. I do wish the staff would be a little quicker stopping any humping and maybe be a little faster on the mop action, but I also understand. :-)
I also like that spa services are available on the premises. It's really convenient, and they do a great job.
In general, Dogtopia is a lifeline!
Excellent care for my Elsa. The staff always greet her with love. She enjoys going to see her friends.
Staff in the front area, were very friendly. You dont nickel and dime pet owners.
I love having a place for my puppy to expend some energy, a place that I'm comfortable having her play for a day or stay longer when we are out of town. The staff there really seems to care about the dogs.
I like the personal touch. My dog is super old, and I was worried about his health and care while I would be away. However, I trust Dogtopia Dublin to not only take care of his physical but his emotional health. When I come back from long trips I know someone is keeping a keen eye on him, and I’m not just talking about me stalking the cameras. The Dogtopia Dublin staff are super sweet!! Especially the Owner.

Most of the staff are fantastic! Great front office staff. The know who has which pup and which room the pup is in without you even saying a thing. And they treat the pups with love.

I am still a little unsure about how the coaches verify the identity of who is picking up the pet. I've never been asked for my ID, but how do new employees know that I am the true owner of my dog and not someone looking to dognap a furry friend and sell or worse.
Leo have a good time each time he goes there. They know him by name when he walk in.
My dog just loves to go each and every time.
We adore Thio and can't wait to have him back!
Payment. Couldn't figure out how to do the military discount; I was called and told they just wouldn't charge for the bath. I've received 2 messages about payment, replied to first one that I needed an itemized receipt to ensure we received the discount. I've received no reply...
Happy with check-in, boarding, etc
The staff is very friendly and caring, from the receptionists to those who care for our dogs, they treat the dogs and parents with exceptional kindness. They know all of the dogs and parents by name. I feel very confident that my dog is well-loved and cared for when I drop her off at Dogtopia Berkeley Heights.
My grand dog and I love Dogtopia. The staff truly enjoys the dogs and takes great care of them. I know that my dog enjoys going each morning! Being able to watch him on video footage makes me feel great about my choice in doggy daycare!

Seamless drop off and pickup.
I truly appreciate the personalized care my pets receive at Dogtopia since 2023. It warms my heart to see how much they enjoy being there. The webcam, which we call the “doggie cam,” allows me to check in on their joyful interactions with caregivers and other furry friends. Knowing that they have outdoor playtime brings me comfort as well. Additionally, I value the grooming services available, which I utilize when my pets need a touch-up during the month. I'm so glad they thrive in such a safe environment!
Less time in crates
I felt good leaving my precious dog there over the weekend.
The kind and attentive staff, the way you do dog interactions and greetings, you know the dogs and owners the second they walk in the door and even know our cars. The staff and how they treat our dog is truly why we stay, and recommend, Dogtopia of Latham
The staff/coaches/management are amazing. They care about my dog, and I feel like I'm leaving him with family. The setting is kind and comfortable for him, and I know that he's well taken care of.

Staffing high turns over! New staffs confused dogs. They don’t know how to get to know the dog! Made my dog anxious of why she was put in the crate. We had to call when not seeing her out in playroom!
