Staff is friendly to humans and very loving towards dogs. They all know my pup by name and take great care of him during his daycare visits.
This is the 2nd time my dog came home from Dogtopia with an injury on top of his head. We weren't even informed by the staff about the injury or how it happened. Very disappointed and upset with Dogtopia. We pay alot for service, Dogtopia should make sure our dogs don't get injured or at the least, inform us about the injury. Horrible
I cannot say enough good about this organization. My pup has been so happy here, and frankly, so have we! Every single person we have encountered seems to genuinely love dogs, and the role of caring for them. The place is clean, organized, and best in class.
We have also boarded our pup here, and just like daycare, it was a great experience. Dogs aren't in crates all day, they are playing and having a great time.
I do not say this often about a company...I LOVE Dogtopia!
Everything has been great so far. We came for our meet and greet last week and while Luna was nervous everyone was so kind and explained things to me, and did everything they could to make her comfortable. We came back this week for her first official day and she seemed to have a great time! I really like that I can check in and see how she's doing on the webcams to make sure she's not too stressed out. We definitely plan on being back soon and will be planning for an overnight as well!
I really appreciate the caring attitude of ALL of the team members. My puppy was new to Dogtopia and overall he had a great experience. We will definitely be back!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was easy to learn of the services offered and I felt very comfortable leaving Nugget there.

The staff are extremely nice and welcoming. My dog is very timid and usually shakes uncontrollably when I take her to day care. By day 4 of Dogtopia Myrtle Ave. she ran right up to the staff at the front desk and seemed excited to be there. I can tell they are doing everything they can to make her feel comfortable and it's working. Truly blown away!
Everything! My dog loves going to Dogtopia— she hugs the staff when she sees them! I appreciate how they have a planned activity for the dogs every day and how they give them a break after lunch. It creates a very balanced daycare experience. 10/10 would recommend!

I love how easy and convenient it is to bring my dogs to daycare. Lionhead Dogtopia takes care of my pups with such love. We always feel so welcomed by staff and the other pups in “the toy room”. My puppies feel safe. And I also love that every single dog is known by name by staff. Makes it feel personal and makes me feel more comfortable leaving them there. I also love that my pup can get a haircut here or a wash and blow dry at our request (and staff availability). They can be taken for walks, they’re fed and they also get independent time after eating to settle their tummies. This location is clean and organized. We are happy to recommend this daycare to all dogs and pups!
Friendly staff Provide great care to my dog
Even with our meetings, feels like everyone is not on the same page. I don’t know if better communication is needed or if it’s just people wanting to do their own thing but it seems like we are told to do something one way and then people choose to do things however they think it should be done- which causes confusion especially for new hires
The team is incredibly attentive and accommodating of all our needs! We love everyone there, Justin, Paul, Victoria Mark really everyone on the team!. Our pooch loves his stays and we never hestitate recommending your facility. A+
It took awhile for our pups to warm up to this new environment but after a few months they got familiar with the people and pups. We looked forward to "dogtopia days" and I had even started to recommend this daycare to my fellow dog mom friends. Recently however, the folks we had gotten to know/trust and who made us (humans and pups) feel the most comfortable seem to have parted ways with dogtopia. It has also been shared that the new owner of this franchise is not a dog parent - it is one thing to "enjoy seeing dogs" and another to know they are a part of your family. In the new owner intro email there was no mention of the new owner's dog(s) that are or had been a part of her life. At this time I am not comfortable sending our pups to this location as it seems from a recent review that has since been removed - the new owner does not have the safety of the pups and people as a top priority. I will wait and hopefully see improved reviews and my trust might be earned back, but for now, we will sadly be taking a pause on going to this dogtopia until there is more transparency and clarity about the safety of the dogs and people.
