Staff is super sweet! Everyone is very kind. We provided very detailed instructions on the feed schedule for our dogs and it was not followed. We returned home with over half of one of our dogs food and he was not given any the fiber supplement that he needs. Due to this our dog lost weight and it caused a setback for him in his recovery.
The staffs are super nice and informative. The initial meet and greet was quick and no hassle

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and dogs are very well taking care of. They interact with the pets and ensure they are safe.

Been going for several years now. Y'all have a great staff! I like how they know my dogs. Not just their names, but their personalities. They are very accommodating when it comes to schedule changes and have resolved any issues in the past quickly, and to our satisfaction.
I’ve been here several times and 2x in last week, please:
1. Please fix the webcams. If I’m paying $50/day for daycare, it’s be great to see my dog. It’s been over 2 weeks cameras down online.
2. My dog Mocha has been there 2X this past week, DOGTOPIA said they would send me photos, but I didn’t receive any.
3. In his most recent daycare visit on July 2nd, I prepared a box with instructions to give Mocha his afternoon snack. When I picked him up at 6pm, the box still had the snack inside. So my dog didn’t eat, and no one read the instructions. This makes me fear boarding him, he won’t get his daily meds.
4. I asked 3 different people about the weekly plans for daycare savings, and if it could rollover if not used and if the contract can be by week or is forever/cannot pause, no one was able to give a clear answer. It feels expensive by weekly, especially one never knows with schedules - seems like a better savings plan if I can buy per visit and save %.
5. I asked about boarding, and employee said I could see a tour of the facilities and suit. None was provided.
My dog and I have been here before, service has usually been good but recently disappointing.
I have been bringing my dog here about 2d/wk for the past 4.5 years. It used to be that the staff all knew my dog and were very friendly. There has been so much turnover in the past 9 months. Nobody introduces themselves and no one seems to know my dog. We never get updates on staffing though it seems your are often short staffed.
In addition, the customer service has declined. You updated your computer system without notifying clients, then I'm told I can't bring my dog back until I update my payment information, when it was your system that changed, not my payment. I'm given conflicting information about how to freeze my account (though I've done this with no problems in the past) and then get no response when it's not handled properly and I request a refund. I'm told the account is paused by one person and when I talk to someone else they say it's not. Everyone says they'll take care of things but nobody does. These past couple of months have been especially frustrating.
There is not anything I do not like about the services at Dogtopia.
I love the hours and flexibility that are available.
I love the spa days that are available.
I love how the staff are always so positive and so upbeat when they come out to pick up Edgrr or bring him out for the end of the day.
Everyone is very nice and accommodating.
But my very favorite thing, is watching my pup on the WebCam.
The best of care for my dog.

A little more proactive/corrective approach with dogs. Care takers are almost always cleaning - They are described as professionally trained canine coaches.

My dog always seems to come back happy and well care for.
The people who work are nice but since my adult dog was 9lbs he was put in a small fenced in area and the other large dogs would stand near the fence and look in. It was no fun for my dog. If you think he is too small and needs to be separated it should be a larger area.
