Everyone is so friendly, our fur baby has made lots of friends and is very happy there
Convenient, dog seems happy (and tired) after daycare, and I love the special events and themed months.
We needed just a bath for our mini yorkie and when I called they gave me an appointment right away. Very friendly staff. We will be using Dogtopia for our grooming from now on.

Meet and greet day they tried Dragon with the medium size dogs and realized that wasn't going to work so immediately moved him in with the smaller dogs which he loves.

My dog got injured on a metal door latch at Dogtopia south waterfront this past week. It took me 2 days to get in touch with the manager to find out what actually happened to Shasta. When the vet asked me what happened, I said I thought she had gotten bitten because no one was telling me what exactly happened. I had to take her to the emergency room and have her leg stapled back together. I also had to miss work. It was absolutely horrible. No one from Dogtopia ever even reached out to me to ask how Shasta is doing or expressed any interest in her wellbeing. I have been a member at Dogtopia for over 4 years and would have kept my membership if they treated me like a human being and showed some compassion. When I told them Shasta had to go to the hospital, the immediate response (from Alex, the next day) was that the manager said they are not financially responsible. I hadn’t even asked them to pay for anything at that point, but it showed me they care more about money than my dog, and their first thought was how much it would cost, versus whether my dog was actually okay. I am so heartbroken to have been treated this way after being loyal to Dogtopia for so many years. This was unprofessional on the part of the manager and poor business practice because I would have stayed and continued spending a lot of money there, if the issue got addressed. I really wish we could have worked something out that would have allowed my dog to continue going there but I feel like I was wrongly treated. I don’t blame the staff. I know they cared about Shasta and always did the best they could. I blame poor management practices and leadership.
The staff is very caring of my dog and always courteous and friendly during drop off and pick up.
I had to change the dates of boarding a couple of times due to my dad's changing health and was so grateful for the flexibility! Loved getting pictures and the videos of my pups while they were there. The facility is clean and everyone is friendly. Charlie and Ruby were worn out from playing!
Please go a bit lighter on the dog perfume. That stuff gives me a headache.

The employees are always friendly when we drop off and pickup, they seem attentive and caring to the dogs and keep the spaces clean. Just wish there was a way they could have a little bit of outdoor space.
They can never confirm if my dog is fed or if he ate all of his food.

My babies have only been there once but they seemed to have fun. They has never been with other dogs so it was new to us and them. I loved that for the meet and greet they took them in one at a time to see how they were going to act around the other dogs. It's clean and I can watch them on my phone. Staff is very friendly.
This was our dog's first visit and I was impressed with Dogtopia. If you sent me this after several more visits I wouldn't be surprised if I changed it to a 10 but after just one visit it's hard to say.

All the staff genuinely love what they do, they are great with the animals - from small to large, a d they truly care about the dog parents and how they are doing. I wouldn't take my fur baby anywhere but here.
The people make it easy to leave our Hurley there and he seems to like it
First my dog likes coming there even though we live out of town he can stay there when we have things to do and we can’t take him… I know he is safe.. and I csn check on the web cams to see him.. everyone is so friendly from the phone call to make the appt to pick up!

More interaction and play with the dogs. They don’t play much on their own and could use more interaction.
