Always helpful and accommodating.
Flexibility with times since I’m a nurse. Willow seems to be happy when dropped off. I like the video access so I can check on her during the day if I have time.
There should be a discount for a second dog, especially since we stay every month for at least a week at a time. Multi day stay discount and multiple dog discounts.

Dogtopia pups get at least 8-10 hours of open play during their overnight stays with us. Our prices are all inclusive and never have any surprise fees. Very friendly and efficient staff. All of the staff greet me and my dog every Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Mattie (my dog) loves play day!
They are always willing to take Penny when we have a last minute need, and she is always happy to go there.
I love the caring, friendly staff. The staff is trustworthy, and I know my dog is in a safe, clean environment. The activities are fun and teach socialization. Great place 👍🏼

I concerned about the current scandal with all the workers leaving and concerns about dogs’ safety. Right now I can see they do not have enough staff and have closed one room and are keeping too many dogs together. I am hoping

I like being able to see what’s going on through the app with the WebCams. The staff are always great and I also like that you’re able to help with things like nail trims.
Not fair treatment of staff, accepting dogs that are aggressive, combining play room.
I love how friendly the staff is and that they knew my dogs names by the second day. I also love watching my boys on the dog cam every day..it seems like they have a great time. It gives me peace of mind to know that they can get the attention they deserve during the day that I can’t provide them right now.
I was not told in advance that a small dog/toy box room would not be available & my miniature dachshund was very stressed. He was in a room with German shepherd and large golden doodles that were very active and could have hurt him. When I came early to pick him up, the employees tried to convince me to leave him while he was hiding from the large dogs (and I was still charged full price).
Cleanliness seems to have declined. Strong odors in the facility. Waiting room floor always looks dirty. Adult bathrooms seem dirty.

The convenience was good, but the place was a little unkept. There was a worker there who had her dog, was leaving and the dog peed right in the carpet… there was no clean up or anything. In fact when I came back to drop off my dogs things for an over night (because I was literally leaving in an hour and had no other option) the place reeked of pee. I also have been trying to look at the webcam on the app since I’ve been on my trip and have been unable to see or have access to it. So that is why I probably wouldn’t come back and to Dogtopia or this location.

Our dogs absolutely LOVE daycare at Dogtopia! When we arrive at the facility, they scratch to get in the door. I love that they are "loved on" all day!
