You let the dogs be dogs while still maintaining a safe environment. Our pup loves going to daycare. I wish there were more locations in the springs.
Apparently you got a new system so I redownloaded the app and it still doesn't work. I had to drop off my dog Thursday night and the webcams haven't worked one time for me all weekend.
Also, the drop off and pick-up times are not really conducive for a lot of people. I had to drop off my dog Thursday morning and there wasn't an option for Friday sometime in the morning. Moreover, there wasn't availability to pick up my dog on Sunday when I got back into town. I understand that I have an hour in the morning to pick her up tomorrow and not be charged, but this is adding more time to my morning in going out of my way to pick her up and taking her back home, which will put me in late to work. Your website said there was pick up on Sundays for overnight boarding only and when I called you told me differently. I would make sure that your messages match on the website versus what you tell customers.
I feel like Riley gets attentive and loving care while boarding there.

Looking forward to the outdoor cameras being ready. I think there should be less wait time for pick up and drop offs. The staff is wonderful and my dog loves them.
The staff is always so warm and welcoming! And when I bring my dog home from daycare or a stay she is always exhausted!

First of all, our dog loves it! It’s been so good for him to have play time with other dogs. We love that we can pull up the webcam to see how much fun he’s having. Everyone who works there seems to really care about the dogs. They do a great job!
It was our first time doing an overnight and the people at the front desk had no idea how to access the webcams when I asked. We were able to figure it out on our own when I got home. They told us our dog was in one room but when we couldn’t find him, we realized he was in a different room than what they told us. The cameras were off the ENTIRE day of the 4th. We chose Dogtopia over other places because of the webcams so was disappointing, and also worrisome, that the cameras were off. When I asked about it at pickup on the 5th, no one knew anything about it. Overall, didn’t feel like a great first experience. I would be hesitant to refer Dogtopia to a friend.
We scheduled pick up on the 4th of July but received a message that that was not possible so we had to pick up or dog on the 5th and pay and extra day.
Additionally our dog did not receive an exit bath due to the same issue.
This location needs more staffing to make sure they can provide the offer services
I like the friendly staff. The facility is clean. They take good care of my pet!
Everyone there is an animal lover and are so sweet!

We were visiting Nashville for a few days. The people at the 8th Av. made it so easy for us to use their facilities for our dog while we were there. We were extremely grateful. Thank you!

When I initially talked to you last year, I was assured that Brady, my black Labrador Retriever, could come for a bath and de-shedding and be hand blown dry. I explained I was coming from Dearborn to Plymouth because I heard such good things about your facility. At his old groomer, Brady kept getting sick the day after his bath and de-shedding. My veterinarian said it was probably the large cool fan blowers they used!
I have been at your facility 4 times now, coming every 3 months. I was recently told that he could not be totally hand blown dry which left his neck area quite wet! They said it was because they were busy and did not have to staff to spend time on him!
This is NOT acceptable because I was assured initially your facility could accommodate! I also tip 20-25% and told them they could charge more for the time needed to effectively hand blow dry instead of using the crate and large blowing fans.
