The employees are so friendly and so happy to see my puppy. I believe she’s being treated well and is always in great spirits when she leaves there.
Our dog Roger seemed to be very happy coming to day care. I don't care for your half day limitations in terms of what time I can bring him/pick him up however.

I like all the staff and the attention and kindness they give the dogs. They are watchful of the dogs so I feel my dog is safe playing there. I like the lunch and rest break from noon-2:00 so the dogs can energize for the afternoon play. I like the military and veteran’s discount-a “thank you” for my husband’s service to country.
I do not like the changes in the prices for daycare. Having the package expire after 3 months is not fair. Please consider going back to 6 months or better yet make the package good for 1 year.

The change was mandated by Dogtopia corporate. They would prefer we didn't sell passes at all. It was a battle to even retain them. We are doing our best to provide the customer flexibility you have come to expect from us within the contours of what corporate Dogtopia allows us.

I like that the facility is clean and is convenient to where I live. My pups loves going to daycare. I do wish that you offer multiple dog discount or military discount.

People are great, friendly, clearly love dogs. Availability and flexibility are a great value to me.
The transition to the new system has been a little rocky. Previously I was able to cancel days up until 900 on the day. Can’t do that anymore and I have to call. It’s an inconvenience especially if I can’t get ahold of anyone. I hope the new system is modified to fix this.
I love that Archie had so much playtime. Also appreciate the friendly staff.

The staff seems to really care about our dogs
I asked for a nail clipping but never got it. Also, there was a time a dog kept trying to hump my dog and the worker in the room was on her phone doing nothing about it after we directly stated our concerns about that when dropping her off.
We are sorry about that experience you had. We would be happy to address your concerns and will take into account for everything. Thank you for being honest and hopefully we can address everything.

Great place. Just a little pricey.
I don’t check the cameras unless I am really missing my my dogs, but I like the comfort in knowing that they are there and that we have the privilege to know how our dogs are being treated. I also like the different snacks and activities, I feel like they are fun and very reasonably priced. Lastly, I like that dogs have to go through a trial period before being added as a Dogtopia guest. This helped me understand that being in a group setting was an adjustment for one of my dogs and I had previously just assumed he’d be fine. He’s since become more comfortable and friendlier in group settings which has helped him outside of boarding/daycare.

My fur baby is very content. It’s very clean in the area that she goes to and the people that work there are very conscientious and they care about the puppies.
