Staff is very friendly. They do a great job handling my dog even though he is skittish.
Friendly, fun environment! My dog has been to daycare many times and has also boarded there occasionally since she was very young. She always comes home happy and has clearly been well taken care of.

Our fur baby Biscuit is registered in Albany..Florida fort meyers..fishkill ny. I can say all Dogtopias daycare is amazing. Brought Biscuit to Albany not there alot and the staff loved her along with other dogs. Thanks

Everyone was so nice and my dogs seemed to love all the staff.
Dogs that are not accustomed to being around LOTS of other dogs need more time to adjust. Putting a new dog into a room with 20+ others is too much. Perhaps there could be a room with a limited number of newbies (4-5) so they can to get used to their surroundings, the process, etc. I am unsure whether my dog will be able to adjust to the chaotic environment.
We really enjoy having the ability to watch our dog in the room.
The app didn’t work at all during our dogs recent boarding visit. We were unable to watch video feed on any of the days they were there. We called the store and left a voicemail with no response. My husband called a second time and they said to remove the app and download it again (I had already done the update). We both did this and nothing changed. The app didn’t even recognize that our dogs were currently being boarded.
Also, Nova came home with a spot on his snout that looks inflamed and we have no idea what happened. No one mentioned anything about it at pick up.
It’s also possible they just didn’t eat as much as they normally do, but Nova was significantly smaller around his midsection- he lost a lot of weight in one week which was a little concerning.
We also asked for them to be bathed before coming home, but they honestly didn’t have the best smell and Nova’s coat seemed really coarse for just having a bath. Not the best experience this time, but we will probably be back to try again.

We LOVE how the Tysons Corner Dogtopia staff cares for our dog Sadie-- I could not ask for a more amazing experience for her. I also LOVE that the staff communicates with me all the time about events, snacks and photo opportunities for the foundation. More than anything I need to give an enormous shout out to Sam for all her warmth and kindness not to mention her amazing attention to detail. Thank you to the entire Dogtopia Tysons Team for always making sure Sadie is cared for just the way we would. We are SO happy Dogtopia Tysons is there to help whenever we need it. We LOVE you guys!
I love that I can see my puppy in a video. The staff are kind and awesome! I can tell my puppy likes to be at Dogtopia. He is happy and safe at Dogtopia.

My biggest issue is the internet goes down all the time. I started coming here when it first opened and was a monthly subscriber for years.
The webcam was rarely offline. Now seems to be offline every month.
Time to change internet service providers!
We so very grateful to the staff at the Springfield Dogtopia. Everyone is so nice and they take very good care of Benz and Lex so that we don’t have to worry while we are away.

My dog has loved being there since he was a puppy. He comes home tired which is what every pet parent likes. Every time he sees someone there, he always wags his tail.
Would like more updates on the dogs throughout the day. Webcams aren’t always working and this location’s Facebook & Instagram account doesn’t post anymore.
Would especially like proof of the dogs enjoying special treat days to see if my dog is actually getting the items I paid extra for.
