The friendly staff that welcome Rudy when he comes in and how much Rudy gets so excited when I tell him he has school today. That tells me the staff does an excellent job working with him when he wants to come. They also do a lot of activities and crafts with them that are so cute, I just love the place and service they give. Thank you. Name removed and Rudy
I have been bringing my furbaby there for at least 1.5 years now and my dog loves spending time at Dogtopia. However, I'm concerned about staff turnover...specifically the management staff. I have spent time building relationships with the managers and trust that my dog will be well taken care of not only at daycare, but for overnight boarding as well. With the turnover rate high, this has become very concerning to my family. I've spoken to other pet parents who bring their dogs there, and they have the same concerns. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion and concerns.
the staff is wonderful! my dog RUNS into dogtopia every time he arrives - has so much fun and is worn out after. we are huge fans !
Great and convenient place to bring my dog for daycare, especially when I have a busy day ahead of me. My dog loves it too!! As soon as we drive up, she can’t wait to go in. Staff is welcoming and very friendly. It is obvious that they enjoy working/playing with dogs! They know me by name too and that adds to their level of friendliness. Always a positive experience for both me and my dog. Thank you all!
Wrigley goes to “school” everyday, plays with friends, and all the staff which I’m sure he considers friends too. The staff treat our pup the way we do, like their own. We love the staff and all the creative activities they do with Wrigley each week. Spa services are great too, they get them done during school, definitely a one stop shop!
When we were looking for doggy daycares we considered other companies but when we chose Dogtopia we felt like we had made the right choice. After having Wrigley there for the last 6 months we know we made the Best Choice!
The team at Katy are the BEST! They know me and my pup on a first name basis. They have a welcoming clean environment.

I really appreciate the love my dog received at boarding, the staff is kind and welcoming. I just didn't like the app, it didn't work at all. I was quite anxious to not be able to access the webcams as it was Kilo's first time away from home. Other than that everything was great.
I love the ease of the hand off and pick up and the fact that Rose is so excited when she realizes that she gets to stay and play all day!
The staff is so friendly! I was nervous about bringing my puppy to a place like this because he often gets shy & timid but he loves it here. Definitely bringing him out of his shell. Savannah is also so sweet! She is so helpful & you can just tell how passionate she is about her job. Love it here!

I’ve been bringing my dogs to Dogtopia round rock for years and it used to be good but it’s gotten progressively downhill. They asked if we wanted to get a bath for one of our dogs and both dogs returned to us smelling so awful we had to bathe them both again when we got home. one of our dogs has had diarrhea for about a week and we are wondering if he got it from there since clearly it is not sanitary in that place. We will not be returning our dogs here.
Thank you for your feedback. We absolutely don't want to send dogs home stinky. I wish you had called us because we would have made it better and given them both a bath. We used hypo allergenic on Des when we bathed him because we wanted to help soothe his skin. The problem with hypo is that dogs still smell like dogs because there are no perfumes. That said, the more dogs that we have the smellier they get and given the holiday we more dogs than usual. I always recommend bath after boarding and offer a discounted bath after four nights. We spend a significant time cleaning, and our protocols are pretty extensive. We do everything we can to reduce contagions, illness and stink.
Though I hope you reconsider, wherever you end up taking your pups, I highly recommend that you bring them there for daycare on a semi regular basis so that when you do drop them off it's not as big a shock to their system. You may not know that diarrhea is really common for dogs when they are stressed so it's important they are as comfortable as possible.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. It seems as though they all love working with the dogs. The Webcam are great.
You seem like an actual daycare with game, enrichment, and lunch for dogs rather than the place I previously boarded my dogs. 10/10. Will be coming back!

I really enjoy how the majority of the staff recognize my dog by name on sight. She only goes in a few times a year, yet the effort has been made to remember her.
I have a problem child dog and they worked with him and he’s much better. He LOVES going there. He starts barking when we get close. They do little extra things for them on some days. I strongly recommend them if you LOVE your dog.
