Friendly staff.
Boarding always goes smoothly for my family
The workers there are very nice and very helpful. Our dog seems to love it there.
Not much to say as today is my dogs first day at day care. But the initial orientation was great. I believe he will love it.
You guys are awesome! Taking good care of my babies and making them have fun. Alex is amazing and the staff as well!
Pick up process took more than 20 minutes and some of our dog’s belongings were left behind.

My dog came home ill, not eating and throwing up for 2 days after just a 2 day stay. This has happened every time he has been boarded there. I suspect it has something to do with the indoor relief as he has been boarded at another facility that has a large outdoor play area and most pottying is done outside. He has not come home ill from that facility where he has been for 3, much longer stays.
My dog was well cared for and came home happy. I love the cameras and when I ask they always send pictures. I am confident that they care for my dog and do a great job!
My baby is always so excited when we go to daycare. He starts crying the second we turn into the parking lot and he gets the wiggles once we go in. I love getting to watch him play on the cameras and the staff are all super friendly. I also love how tired he is afterwards lol

When I called for an appointment they said would take 2-3 hours dropped him off @9am and he said 3-4 hours he was there for 5 hours!!! Ridiculous!! I told him areas I did not want him shaved, he didn't listen and shaved him there anyway.They said they would call or text us when ready never did I had to call them. Would not go back there!!!

Dogtopia is a great place to take your dog! Not only do they have multiple large play areas where dogs can socialize and have fun, but they also offer boarding — including a suite option that feels like a hotel room for your pup.
I've used Dogtopia for both doggie daycare and boarding, and I’ve been really happy with the experience. They also offer other dog care services like baths, nail trims, and specialty treats.
The staff is always friendly and has taken wonderful care of my dog, Lucy, especially while I’ve been away on vacation. I feel confident leaving her there, and it’s clear she has a great time!
I enjoy that my schnauzer is always happy after her days at daycare. She is always being watched and I can check in on her on the webcams easing my anxiety about leaving her. I love the event calendar and knowing she’ll get to have new fun each week.
Location. Price, service, hours and quality of work
I like that my dog loves going there; it's not too far away for me, and the staff members are friendly. Staff know each of the dogs they work with, and let parents know how their puppies are doing. The dogs usually have activities to do in addition to just playing with each other and the staff.
Give me a receipt when I pick Winnie up so that I am aware of the charge. Also, we got Winnie home and discovered that we were not given her collar and tags.
Everyone there is so great and kind. Very friendly.

We so appreciate how much the coaches love and care for our Gustavo!! They always have such personalized comments to give us when we pick him up, will send us texts with photos throughout the day, or send us a report card. lol it’s pretty cute & makes our day when we are at work. He’s excited every time he goes and exhausted when we pick him up :) we couldn’t be more grateful for Dogtopia DTC and each of the humans that work here!
