The people and the facility. I do not care for being charged for two suites when the two dogs go into one suite each night.

Love the boarding service, however, I paid for a face trim for my schnauzer and it looks like NOTHING was done. I see absolutely no change in his face. I also paid for a bath which I can tell that it was done. I know I should have said something when I picked him up. After being out of town, I just wanted to get home. I also thought about calling,, but really thought, what good would that do. I am not a complainer, however, I feel like I paid for a service, AND TIPPED, that did not happen.
I love it here but my dog loves it even more, which is what really matters to me. He was very unhappy at another daycare in the area that didn’t have camera surveillance, and began acting very scared to go in. That is when I made the decision to switch to Dogtopia DTC. I love that they have cameras but I’m hardly tempted to watch them anymore because I know my dog is in great hands. I know this because he is the most excited when it’s daycare day and just the mention of Dogtopia or daycare gets his ears up and tail wagging. He gets an incredibly warm welcome each time he comes in. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I really can’t say enough great things about Dogtopia Denver Tech Center!
I really wish there was an outdoor area. I also understand my dog did not eat very well as he generally doesn’t when he’s being boarded. However, none of the food was returned, meaning it was likely thrown away.

The place smelled really bad. We had to throw away our dog beds because they were so dirty and smelt horrible. Our dogs came back dirty with dried feces on their legs. And the phones don’t get answered often and they don’t return phone calls the same day. They should offer free baths if the dog gets dirty there.
Everything and my fur baby loves to spend time there
We like everything about Dogtopia. Our dogs love it, the people who work there know our pups and they know us. They’re flexible with our schedules, considering we work in medicine and it can be hectic at times. Also the facility itself is great. The cameras always work so we can watch our pups from home. They also come home smelling great, not like they’ve been playing with 20 other dogs all day.
I like being able to stay in the car for drop off and pick up. I like the flexibility of being able to bring my dog any day of the week without having to make a specific reservation every single time.
Too early to tell. First actual visit is today.
My dog gets lots of different enrichment activities. She gets to socialize in a safe environment and burn off some of her doodle energy. I was updated frequently while she was boarded with pictures and knew she was being taken care of.
We love the staff and environment at Dogtopia Parker! Everyone is so friendly and helpful with our dog. He's so excited to come to daycare and it is the only place we have been able to board him.
Updates about my dog and who they play with. Getting to know me and my dog by name. The warm greetings. The enrichment activities offered.
The staff is very engaged with the dogs and pays attention to their needs. Also the drive up service is wonderful.

We absolutely love Dogtopia! Our dog, Daisy, looks forward to going there so much. It's worth the 20 minute drive across town for us. They treat the dogs like they are their own and care so much. 10/10 cannot recommend enough!
