Very professional and knowledgeable about dogs! Well kept and clean establishment.
COMMUNICATION is key!!! My appointment was on my app but not in the system, and an employee allowed me to knock continuously in the heat wave that was going on for 45 minutes before letting me in. I mean how did she not know my dog wasn't inside and I had to get her to go to an emergency. If I did not have plans already scheduled I would have thought twice about leaving my dog.
Everything!! Staff, activities, classes!!
The staff is friendly, knows the dogs by name and idiosyncrasies, appear to be very loving and caring, are fairly quick to take action when the dogs (especially my young blood hound) do something they shouldn’t.
We deeply appreciate that our dog seems to love going there 😊

We love that Dogtopia is so flexible, and always there we when need them. For whatever reason, we always forget to secure a place for our dog to stay when we're planning vacations. Luckily, Dogtopia has always accepted our boarding requests.
Staff was SUPER friendly. I love the personal touch for our dog. Your ratio of dogs to humans is awesome.
Everyone is so very nice. I know my dog is well taken care of. Upon our approach she know where she is going and cannot wait to get there.
From reception to the general staff the know our name as soon as we walk in.

Dogtopia and this location are so friendly, easy to work with, and incredibly professional. Doyle loves visiting when I have to go out of town and he is always treated well. The customer service team is great and really helpful.
I love being able to check in with the cameras. It gives me peace of mind seeing him with other dogs and his tail wagging! Dede and the staff gave Baylor lots of extra treats, finished his meds and did a wonderful job with the spa services. Lea Devine

Our girls are always happy to get to Dogtopia, I'm sure they remember all the fun they have with their friends when they're staying with you! Your staff is always so welcoming when we arrive and I don't worry when we have to board them for days at a time. When we pick them up, they're always happy to see us !

The staff genuinely cares about your dog and it is very apparent as to how much they listen and implement your wishes! I am a nervous pet Momma and feel confident leaving my precious Molly at Dogtopia knowing they will treat her like their own loved one.
