My dog is excited to come which tells me that he enjoys the interaction with other dogs and the social time he has.

In the span of two weeks I had the privilege of working with the amazing staff at Dogtopia to socialize my pup, get myself comfortable to leave my little guy, as well as see first hand how well they care for him. The activities and schedule they had him definitely wore him out but affordability and confidence to go out of town and know he is well sought after made the hard transition of being away from each other much smoother. Very thankful, and I know my little guy will look forward to daycare to help continue his social engagement with other pups
Dogtopia always does an excellent job communicating to me about my dog and providing him a safe, fun and welcoming place to socialize with other dogs. My golden retriever loves to go play and make new friends and always comes home happy and tired from a day full of fun activities with other pups!
Reliable, open daily, with extended hours. They also love my dog and I can watch on camera to check in periodically.
Outdoor space,
I would’ve liked to have my boarding options for my dog better laid out or explained before I initially dropped her off. I wanted to set her up with boarding and thought my only option was to have her in a crate the whole time. After asking a bit more I found out you offered private rooms/suites which my dog tends to prefer.
Everything else was great, the bath they gave her upon leaving was a nice addition.
Welcoming staff, ease of booking, cleanliness of facility and my dog seems happy!
I love that I can watch my dog while she interacts at daycare! Other facilities that I’ve used don’t offer that feature.
The process was easy to submit Cairo for boarding. The staff was knowledge and the facility was well kept.

I've been a member of Dogtopia for many years and the customer service has improved significantly. It's nice that the staff always follow up in a timely manner when somebody has to get back to you.

The young person at the front desk was a little clueless and not the caliber of what I am used to at Metro Dogs in Minneapolis but everyone was nice and the dogs seemed to have fun. I would like it if they could be outside more on nicer days and if there were actual activities you do with them like tricks, treats for good behavior maybe walks if requested. Otherwise I will bring them back and thank you for the free first visit!
We needed a place for our dog to stay while we were out of town, and found Dogtopia at Roosevelt Square. Very impressed. They were on top of feeding and medications, and the facility is very well designed. We will be back!

I do wish that I could complete the boarding check-in form online before checkin instead of completing a written form before each visit.

I love how friendly the entire staff is! They are always willing to help and are so excited to see my dog every time we come. I have a fairly nervous dog and their positive energy really calms her.

I had another dog that went to Dogtopia -Shadow Lake and unfortunately lost her at an early age due to health issues.
The staff at Dogtopia were so great with my dog that I lost, that after I adopted another pup I took her there. My new pup was extremely timid and unsure of humans. The staff was great and understood that they needed to start slow with her. She has been going for a few months now and she has come out of her shell and loves her human and dog friends. I ask her if she wants to go see her friends and she starts wagging her tail and is excited to go.

I like the ease of scheduling and their flexibility if we cant make our scheduled days. I really appreaite being able to get Bo bathed inbetween his grooming appointments. Best of all, Bo is always excited to go there!
They know me and my dog by name. They are very accommodating to my dogs needs and organized. I can trust my dog is in good hands.
