Dogtopia of Solon was extremely welcoming and informative. I am a new dog parent with more than a few concerns for my rescue pup's time at daycare. The owner took the time to explain procedures, cleaning protocols, and safety materials used in the facility. I was offered a tour and was able to see the layout and services offered. They also provide a brand new app where I can observe my little one through the video cam as she plays. My pup was given the time and space to acclimate to the facility and is already making friends.
My dog gets to spend time playing with other dog during daycare. We have used Dogtopia for boarding and it has worked out great.
My dog has been to multiple dogtopia locations and dogtopia of Shelton does less events/arts & crafts and charges even for picture days. They could do more free events/photo shoots
Great care for my mom’s dog. We had to drop him off because my mom had a medical emergency and the person who answered the phone helped me tremendously and was able to board her dog. I can’t express enough how kind and considerate they were. Thank you!
Convenient, cute photo events, staff is kind and being able to see my dog on Webcam.
People working there are great. My dog, who normally doesn't like no one outside the family, loves them

The Dogtopia Team - exceptional people. They love animals. They treat our Millie as is if she’s their own dawg-child. They great us like friends at drop off and pick up. The groomer - does such a wonderful job. We love the Dogtopia Team.
The facility is clean and bright. Millie seems safe and happy there. We never worry about her well-being. It’s a great place. Plus, it’s near where we live.

Very professional; a lot of screening
I believe the services were provided as expected. I don’t think 1 of my dogs likes this kind of doggy hotel. I have considered doggy day care to help make her time there easier.i have attempted socialization at the dog park. I will more than likely need to find an at home sitter so she is more comfortable when i am away.
I am sorry you feel your dogs didnt like the daycare - i wish we could have made them happier. Glad they still like daycare and we sure hope to see you again.
The entire team is friendly, responsive, and clearly adore my boy. They greet him by name, give him pets and scritches, and I always see them being so attentive when I am able to tune in to what Syd is up to on the camera that day. Every time I reach out with a request or question I get prompt responses and the kindest customer service. My dog is clearly adored and the team absolutely show how much they love their job by how kind they are to all the dogs. I recommend this exact location to all his dog park friends and anybody else who will listen
Our dog gets very excited to see her people at Dogtopia! She loves the pets and affection. It’s always a joy to watch her get excited for daycare when she leaves the house We know she is in good hands and are so thankful to have this location so close by.
Great staff and service
All associates are very friendly and seem to be good at taking care of my dog. It's nice they provide activities and add ons for the dogs. The facility always looks very clean. The prices seem fairly in range with competitors. I LOVE the location next to the train station and hours for daycare.

Always impressed how coaches know individual traits and quirks of each dog and their possible interactions with another dog.
I “pop in” for a view quite often and have never seen a coach or a room attendant sitting down or even learning on a wall.

The team that Carla has working at the Dogtopia in Montgomery, New Jersey are wonderful.
All her staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I watch all the days activities on the Doggy cam any time of the day and I am totally satisfied that my dog is having a great time and is being treated with lots of love and affection.
It is a pleasure to know that when I leave my dog, I can run all my errands and go home to work knowing that he is being cared for by a professional staff.

A wonderful place for our 6 month old puppy. We love it and Roxi loves it.
So far we have enjoyed the staff and the manager and owners as each of them have been so helpful with Harley. They are gentle with her knowing she is deaf and having had a traumatic history.
It was pretty expensive for no written feedback after the stay and my dog came home with an unexplained scab/bald spot on his head.
My dog is scared to go because he has had some bad experiences with staff members
