Our boy has been to multiple daycares and he seems most relaxed at Dogtopia. They recognize that he’s an anxious dog and have done really well with accommodating that. I love that he spends most of his day in open play rather than being kenneled for a significant portion of the day, and checking in on him through the webcams is super fun.
When Lilly is at day care.I know ( and can see ) she is well taken care of.
Staff are always friendly and accommodating. They are knowledgeable on how my dog behaved through out the day and it feels like they truly care about my dog’s well being.

I was surprised/disappointed to learn that the dogs spend no time outdoors and go to the bathroom on the mats in the rooms. The odor in the facility is very strong; my dog came home with a strong smell of urine on him.
Great staff who care about your furbaby and give great customer support. Floors kept clean after accidents by dogs. Have recommended to people looking for a daycare for their dogs.

The staff is really friendly and they clearly love dogs. Good policies and procedures are in place to protect animals.
When I watch my puppy playing on the WebCam, I frequently see the coach show affection and care for my animal, and that means everything.
The staff is awesome. They really care about fur children. They are attentive to their personalities. They pivot to do what's best for your fur child. My doggie has so much fun there. He can't wait to go back. Not to mention his socializing skills have gotten better since he has been there. He always greets the staff with kisses and hugs. I thank yall for being the best. IT'S TRULY THE BEST PLACE EVER!!! Jake loves ya, and I love ya!!!
The staff is very helpful and scheduling visits for my dog is very easy.

Caregivers are friendly and they truly love dogs. They were willing to allow my girl to have her blanket from home which I really appreciated.
The grooming was great! We will definitely do again! The deshedding was better than anywhere else we’ve been!!!!
We have only been coming for 1 week. So I don’t have any recommendations at this time. One thing I can point out is more engagement with the dogs from the instructors.

Everyone is geat!! I cannot belive how much I enjoy and Coco enjoys going. She comes home tiered and her demeanor has changed since taking her there. Coco was a 3 time adoptee at the Human Society and really struggled in her new home. Tried other day care and it only made her worse. Since taking her to dogtopia she can feel the love, I sence the true love for her everyone has here.
Everyone is very friendly and my dog looks great after she's groomed :)

I love how everyone treats my dog like a family member. They greet her by name when she arrives and she loves the people as well as her doggie friends. I also appreciate the updates that workers give me about her, so that beyond when I can check in by web camera, I know that I can trust them to keep me posted if anything seems off.
