The city room is very crowded on some days. And trainers are so busy cleaning up after the dogs that I never actually see them interacting, training or playing with the dogs on the camera.
Ashley told me you did a great job. She says she had fun....

I left my dog with you over the holiday weekend but was not informed that you were closed on July 4th and therefore he would not get his daily hours of playtime with the daycare dogs. I paid your higher prices for overnight boarding because I did not want him crated all day, but he was crated all day that day anyway. I feel I am owed a partial refund for that day of boarding.
1. You failed to properly check and notify us of your own requirements TWICE before leaving my pets with you for two weeks.
2. After realizing your own mistake you harassed my emergency contacts to the point that they asked to be removed from the form.
3. You continued to harass me while on vacation even after we agreed to modified boarding arrangements that your staff suggested.
4. Our dogs were taken off camera for days at a time, and we were promised photos but never received any visual confirmation that the dogs were doing ok.
5. The manager who caused these issues never took accountability or apologized (the staff however was very gracious and accommodating.)
I will never use your services again nor recommend you to any one. You are the mcdonalds of dog boarding, no shade to mcdonalds!

They were very accommodating and followed a procedure that I know makes it safe for all our pets. They were so sweet to my dog when I entered the lobby, it made me feel like they really care.
It is disappointing that the Webcam is so often not functioning. Staff seem very good. Wish there was outside access, but I know that's not possible.
We are is happy to have found dogtopia! Doobie plays hard and sleeps even harder when she gets home! All the staff is very friendly and welcoming!
The people and how much they care about our dog and how kind they are to me. I trust them with our girl.
My dog seems very happy there. What I didn’t like is that we did not get any info on pricing or the events calendar during our meet and greet. I had to ask questions the first couple of times we took her.
Buddy, my little Maltese, had a wonderful time when he visited Dogtopia. The staff was friendly and made Buddy feel welcome.

Quick response when we call with questions. The safe and clean daycare rooms, the games and interaction, the cuddles given to our pup during daycare stays.
1) Medications were given to the wrong dog (levothyroxine was given to Koda but it was Mav's meds) causing hyperthyroidism, blood in the urine, and excessive urination in Koda ultimately resulting in her having to get picked up early; Mav also didn't receive his appropriate levothyroxine doses during this time leading to hypothyroidism - manager contacted us and apologized
2) Mav came back from boarding with an extremely large hotspot that was not there prior to dropping off at boarding. This has resulted in a $900 vet bill so far, required shaving of a very large area and requires us to give 5 different medications twice daily. I have pictures, invoices, and the vets visit notes if needed.
I've only used the daycare service, but I really appreciate that the pups roam freely, someone's there to manage them and a webcam is accessible. Plus, my pup loves his friends.
Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. My dogs seemed to have a good time. Grooming services were spot on even though the groomer did not call me prior to grooming or to let me know they were finished. Will be back in August for a long overnight stay.
I like that the workers know my dog by name and act like he is the cutest one there. They always greet me and Sprout like we are best friends. Sprout absolutely loves going there for play time on occasion.
I'm also very happy with your boarding. Sprout always seems happy and well cared for when I pick him up.
We just started with Dogtopia. Everyone is friendly and Izzi enjoys going. She is an older dog at 14 but she is doing great. I do like that I can see her on the webcams. Thank you
