Everyone who works at Dogtopia has been super friendly and seems really committed to making our 2 dogs feel safe and confident. Our Aussie Sam has been really nervous and hesitant about daycare, and it's so nice to know that the people at Dogtopia care about helping him settle in and have fun.
Every one who works there loves dogs. They treat my dog like family.
Pick ups need to be quicker and streamlined.

Everyone is so friendly, and loves all the animals. It has such a positive and welcoming vibe. My dog gets so excited when we get in the car because he knows where he is going. Thank you for caring so much for my dog. I have no worries when I take him to drop him off. The staff is the best.
Friendly staff! Trustworthy. Like the webcam option. Love that i don’t have to worry about me handsome boyo being abused as he was at a previous daycare!

Friendly employees and great commuincation. I love the webcams so I can check in on my pups. I also love all the special activities.
Everyone is so devoted to the dogs and focused on providing the best and most loving care possible. I really do feel like our dog is special there, and that they feel just as strongly about him as we do.
The is the second time since starting daycare that my dog has gone to daycare and come home sick; only to be told that he cannot return to daycare for 7-10 days. This time, it is a few days before I am expected to travel for work which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
I appreciate that your staff are canine coaches and they manage the shipment and behavior in the room. I have used other daycare’s for my dog and they allow the dogs to get to rough in their play.
I also appreciate the flexibility of scheduling, I think the price is reasonable for the expertise. And I enjoy the Treats and activities available for our dogs.

Dogtopia Falls Church is a great and reliable place for our pup when we are traveling! We have used Dogtopia Falls Church multiple times for our dog and they have always taken good care of him! One of the highlights is that they have a webcam in their facility so we can watch our dog on the Dogtopia app on our phone while we are away and he always looks to be having a good time!
