The facility is well managed and cared for. The staff are wonderful! They all really enjoy the dogs, know each one in their care and keep me updated on any issues with my pup. The go above and beyond with my dog;, when he get really messy they clean him up or bathe him. I trust them completely. I trusted them to care for him for 7 days when I was unexpected in the hospital. He is so happy to go there. He knows which days are Dogtopia days and makes sure I remember, too!
The friendly staff and how excited my dog is when she knows she is going to daycare.
We are starting to feel like there are too many dogs in the Toy Box room. I noticed recently there were about 25 dogs, and only one handler. This has changed from the beginning of our time with Dogtopia. Also, I wish baths were not only administered during nap time of 12-2. It would be nice if there was more flexibility there.
Nicole and her staff are very friendly, kind and caring. They have taken great care of our dog and we feel very comfortable knowing he is in good and capable hands.
You provide a clean environment. Staff are nice and courteous, and the groomer, Tearza, who grooms our Collie, does a great job. Thank you

The service is incredible, the haircut could be a little better all around. It was a bit too long around the face, and seemed slightly uneven around his body. Otherwise my pet looks good!

Flexibility
Friendliness for the staff, great customer service, able to book last minute and most importantly...my dog love being there!
I am curious to learn more about how new dogs are incorporated into group play. My one year-old is only 5 pounds and new to being socialized but when I picked her up after her second visit, I understood the front desk to tell me that because of her sides she may never be able to play on the other side of the fence in the toybox room. I do see that there were 2 to 3 other dogs with her on her side of the fence, but none of them were engaged in playing with her. The second day she began to follow some of the larger dogs on the other side of the fence and expressed interest in playing with them, but was unable to do so obviously. I understand needing to be safe and careful, but I don’t feel great about her not being able to actually play with other dogs who would be otherwise be willing to play with her too. And on the 8 to 10 times a day that I checked on the video (helicopter dog parent!), I only twice saw the room attendant enter that side of the room twice and engage with the dogs. Once I have a better sense of how her interactions would be long-term I would feel more comfortable fully recommending Dogtopia. Otherwise my interactions so far have been good. Thank you!

I do appreciate that I was able to get an appointment so last minute, and the staff were wonderful. That being said, $75 for bath and de-shed and not only is my dog shedding just as much as before but he doesn't even smell good. Obviously he doesn't smell bad, but that's it. I have never before had a dog groomed and picked them up to just smell not dirty as opposed to fresh and clean. I was extremely disappointed.
We just recently started bringing our dog, Teddy, to Dogtopia, and we’re already so impressed! The staff is incredibly friendly and clearly love what they do—they made us (and Teddy!) feel right at home from day one. We love being able to check in on him through the webcams and watch him play and socialize. The fun events they organize are a great bonus and keep things fresh and exciting. We’re so happy we found a place where Teddy is safe, happy, and loved. Highly recommend!
