I like the broad range of options I have for my dogs. It's convenient one stop shopping. We can do our grooming, boarding, nails, etc. in the same place the dogs know and are comfortable in.
I love how compassionate and thoughtful and fun the staff is! They truly love our dogs. You can tell by how creative they are with decorating the front waiting room with pictures of our beloved pets. I was so sad to walk in this morning and see that all of the photographs and fun signs were taken down. It was such a welcoming and caring atmosphere and now it just has blank walls. I appreciate the manager and staff members’ creativity, and I wish that the decorations will come back.

I like how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are.I love the sanitization and cleaning procedures to keep the dogs safe and the transparency if there is an incident. My babes are happy to go in and to see the staff and that is reassuring as well. Thank you!

Our dog Tex, goes to Dogtopia South Chandler twice a week and recently stayed 10 days while we were on vacation. He has plenty of attention and activity during his stay.
He came home tired and happy!!

The owner, Shawn works wonderfully with small pets, He is the only one who trims nails perfectly that I can trust. He takes pride in keeping area clean and disinfected.
I love boarding my labradoodle Jasmine at your facility. This year, when I showed up to drop her off, on July 4, 2025, there was no record of her confirmed boarding reservation and a sign was up saying the lobby was closed. The person who was there said she was not permitted to check Jasmine in and asked me if I would return at 10:00 a.m. I had a flight out at 10:30 so that was impossible. She ultimately let me check Jasmine in.
When I talked to someone about it upon my return the person told me they had tried to call me to explain that the lobby would be closed that day. I block unknown callers so I never got any calls, nor did anyone leave a message or try to reach me via email. I did receive a sincere apology but wanted to let you know all of this because there were other ways to reach me ahead of my reservation. Staff should have left a message and sent an email to allow me a chance to modify the reservation. Also, the person who did check Jasmine in said another dog was coming in that day so it was not impossible to do a check in on the 4th.
This was all rather disconcerting as I was trying to leave on vacation.

Do more activities with the dogs. We’re glad dogtopia is there, but the website makes it sound like you engage with the dogs a lot more than you do. Once I saw someone blowing bubbles. That was the only time I saw anything besides the dogs walking around the room or in crates.
Webcams and Friendly Staff
The front office smells horrendous. We have boarded and done day care at a number of places and none of them ever smelled like they handled animals which is excellent. It is a red flag for me and looking at other options.
Friendly and helpful staff. It's very clean. I love the Webcams. When I've had changes in schedule have have to change my pick up time, they've been very accommodating and I appreciate that.
I attempted to make an appoint for July 24, only to be told my dogs were banned from returning due to aggressiveness. First, I heard about it and told by to email the manager Michael Ferrari for further details. Secondly, I'm shocked because the staff made no indication there was a problem when they were picked up.

I love how everyone is welcoming of my dog when I drop her off in the mornings. I like how I can see on the cameras what my dog is up to during the day, and I like that she can get a bath additional charge before I even pick her up! She loves her days at Dogtopia!
Dogtopia Fairfield is awesome. The staff are pros and big time dog lovers. The facilities are new and clean and well maintained. There are fun things for the dogs to do, and they are well cared for and monitored. My only regret is that they dont have a place for the dogs to go outside. This limits my dogs' visits to short play sessions or baths!
After picking up, I noticed a large scab on my dog's nose and it was never communicated how he received it. In addition, he had a bath prior to pick up and he wasn't properly brushed after his bath, therefore his fur was tangled due to the way it was left.
Obviously the dog interaction results in my dog being tired when she gets home
