The staff is absolutely amazing! They have created a wonderful community in Easton where your dog is cared for and their individual needs are able to be met. Accommodating and takes care of your pet
Communication. I recently was billed more than my monthly membership fee. Nobody could tell me why or what it was for. I also emailed an email I found on the website for further information and no reply. This was three weeks go.
Cameras, the staff and the fact that my dog seems to have so much fun there. I would like if there was more transparency around the treats that we pay for including photos of the dogs getting them or at least of what they are. I also wish potty breaks were taking a few minutes to bring the dogs outside to pee and poo with a constant routine.
I'm not sure. The only change was my dogs went to daycare and they now are sick. So I'm not sure

I love you guys! Sadie is always so happy going in and spending time at your location. I have really appreciated how patient everyone was with Sadie given her anxiety. She has improved tons in her time with you and can have fun and relax there and at home a lot easier after playing all day.

When I left them, they just had started a medicine routine, and that was absolutely no problem for them.
